Very mean customer service i went there on wed evening the guy was very rude and after looking at stuff when i decided not to buy anything i think he started murmured bad word upon asking what was it got nervous and said Nthg wouldnt recommend the place!!

Update (Sept 2024): After months, they have made 0 effort to help out. The owner responded to my original review as if they cared but nobody bothered calling/emailing. Huge dent in the expensive mattress but apparently that doesn't qualify for a warranty claim. My back has only gotten worse and now I'm shopping around for another mattress. Do not buy anything from these guys, they disappear after they take your money.
Paid top dollar for a mattress with what was supposed to be the best warranty. Nothing but hot air, mattress is dented from 160lb man sleeping on it for a year and they’re saying it’s normal wear. I don’t feel like I’m heavy enough to dent a mattress after 18 months. My back is killing me and I’m out $2000 and looking for a new mattress. Save your money and don’t buy from these guys. Even their hotel luxury mattresses are garbage.

I went to Sleep Country to find a mattress that would help my back. Paul was really great at helping me suss out which mattress felt right. He was patient and thoughtful. I got my mattress delivered and a week in my back was still a wreck!!! I went back to Sleep Country with the name of the mattress I had at the hotel I stayed at (Saatva). Paul called around to find out which Saatva was most comparable to one I had in the hotel. He also went through pillows and discussed each one as I tried them all out. He really took care of me and cared that I felt good about my choices. Very grateful I chose Sleep Country and I lucked out having Paul assist me through the process.

Good customer service. Needed bed asap (as bed broke 5 days before Christmas) bought only 1 yr. from a big furniture store. Sleep Country have quality mattresses & bedframe. Pillows I purchased very comfy.Salesman helpful & knowledgeable.

Terribly unprofessional staff. Do not recommend this place. They make mistakes on the orders then delay exchange in effort to deter you from exchanging. Go to another store.

Had a horrible experience shopping at this Sleep Country that has resulted in me getting stuck with a mattress I don't like. The sales rep was not knowledgable and compelled me to upgrade to a mattress that did not meet my needs. He should have taken the time to learn about my preferences before making suggestions about a mattress I am now stuck with. He put making money ahead of satisfying his customer.I would highly recommend staying away from this store.

I just went through my first night with the mattress I bought and I loved it. I have to thank one of the store staff named Paul who really took the time to help me decide which mattress to get. He also recommended a really good pillow which was also great. Top notch mattress and pillow with top-notch service from Paul!

Paul offered his help when I came into the store and he has been the most incredible. it really felt as he was trying to help you and no to sell another item. My wife and l ended up making a refundable reservation for one of the mattresses he showed us and have been very please with the experience.Updated a few days later:We came to the store today as we had some seconds thoughts about the mattress. This time we had a pleasure of conversing with Michelle and she was incredibly helpful, positive and professional. We ended up leaving having purchased the mattress in a larger size!
