3rd time lucky! I visited the 1091 Yonge Street store, to exchange a mattress. It was a Comfort Exchange, which Head Office has to approve. That is a 3rd exchange. So I was stressed to be doing that and nervous to make my last selection. The first sales associate, Kamul, was very helpful and took time to understand my situation. Then Anjum, another associate, took over my file. He was so professional and personable, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. And he took extra time to make sure that this last exchange was going to be perfect for me. He saw to it, that I would leave the store confident and happy with my last purchase. And a joke or two, calmed my nerves. Having been to other stores, I certainly recommend you go to the store at 1091 Yonge. You will come out smiling as I did.Thanks Kamul and Anjum.... It was a pleasure!

I had the best experience working with Anjum finding the perfect mattress. Mattresses can be hard to navigate but he made it a great experience! He was very patient with our decision making and is very knowledgeable. He was also always available to answer any questions along the way. He was very nice throughout the process. Mohammed who also worked with us was also great! Anjum also followed up to ensure that we were happy with our selection! Definitely recommend this location of sleep country! They took very good care of us. 5/5!!

Tremendous experience shopping here. Veteran and polite salesman in Anjum. Very helpful and made us feel at home when trying out the mattress. Very good man. Best experience with him and this was our 4th mattress store that we visited !!

very very bad. We had a bed and the had bedbug on it. we called and ask for refund but nothin mg happened!!!! we had to put the bed into trashcan!!It was waste of 700 CAD!!!

The older salesman was shockingly rude and even showed signs of being homophobic. His chilly attitude made us want to rush out of the store, leaving us nearly in tears. Shame on you sleep country for keeping such bad employees

Poor experience at this location. Anjum is a sleezy mattress salesman that is rude with no manners. Since I wasn’t ready to purchase that day he said I was wasting his time. As if I have interest wasting time by shopping for a friggin mattress. He used all the typical cliches like “I can only offer this price if you buy today.” I will be buying the mattress I chose for the price he quoted at a different location.

service is terrible with this company. not only have rude employees sometimes. but have given both defective box spring and defective matress from both of them and they only replaced the matress claiming i damaged the boxspring myself. they have inconvienced me. it has been making it hard for to sleep the condition the things they sold me. i had to adjust the box matress or box spring myself to be able to sleep on them. well no more will give them anymore business. i am going back to leon's as customer again. leon's has good service and the things they sell me are not junk. and their phone system also had problems i had to report to sleep country also.

I have no issues with the sales person. He did his job well. The delivery team is what lost you two stars. When the delivery guys arrived one put booties on and the second on just took of his boots. His sock feet were wet and left marks all across the living room, up the starts, down the hall and in the primary bedroom. All of this had to be washed to eliminate the very noticeable marks.

I ordered a mattress for my sons room on Nov. 27th told delivery would be on the 12th Dec, between 9 am and 12 noon. At 1.30 we called only to wait on the phone for what seems like 30 minutes then the phone went dead.At After calling 1091 Yonge St. store I had a very understanding lady who helped by calling the delivery truck. Well we had two of the most undesirables delivering the mattress. Did not want to take the old one that we paid 15.00 for pickup but was just rude and not at all the representative I would expect from this company. I would not do business with them again if their delivery boys are so rude and not at all accommodating to the clients.
