Was helped by a very kind gentleman, I believe his name was Azi. He let me try out all the pillows and nap as long as I needed to test them out. Great experience, will be going back again.

Called on Sunday, August 18, 2024 to ask some questions and got a really rude woman answering the phone. Will never step foot into this location with her attitude. She lacks tactful customer service skills and yet deals with customers?

For the second time, my wife and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Nary. What an awesome guy. His customer service is perfect. Besides being extremely friendly and funny, he is also professional and patient. He explained everything to us and guided us through the best product based on our needs and our budget. He makes this the best store. We’ll definitely always come back.

It was my first time buying a mattress and as I don’t live far I decided to check out sleep country in the annex. I had the pleasure of talking with Nary who was incredibly helpful. He listened and understood my needs while being mindful of my price point! I would recommend coming here to anyone looking for a great costumer experience!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by both Nary and Mateen on separate days. Both of them were super helpful, kind and courteous and helped us find a great mattress. Thank you for your excellent customer service and assistance in working through our transaction! Anyone looking for a new mattress should come to this location and see Mateen or Nary, they are wonderful and very honest and are very insightful. They both knew lots about the products in store.. we are very excited for our new bed, and look forward to coming back to get new pillows!

Nary was the Sales Rep that attended me and my friend. What an AWESOME guy. Chill, laid back, funny, professional, consultative while never being pushy. He was VERY patient in my long search for the perfect mattress. In the end I found exactly what I was looking for and when I left the store I felt 100% confident in my purchase. But it had 99% to do with Nary. He really listened about my back issues and lack of sleep. Make sure you ask for him when you drop in and make sure to listen to his advice. Thanks Nary, I love my new bed :)

I could not be happier with the help I received at this store to get the right bed for my low back issues. The salesman was able to explain all the differences of each brand and the differing features and firmness. On top of that he had the most helpful insight to ensure I made the right choice. We went to this store today to check the pillows and met with this salesperson who told us to try them out. He told us to jump on the bed and that we didn’t need to take our shoes off which was a big red flag as it was raining outside and it demonstrated his lack of hygiene. We tried some pillows but I wasn’t impressed by any of them. We thanked him and said we would come back later. He started to get defensive and push us saying that he would give discounts if we bought at the spot. I clarified that I didn’t find the pillow I wanted. He then proceeded to shout that we should go to Walmart to buy a $5 pillow which was hilarious.Highly recommended everyone to take your business elsewhere. I just bought our pillows from Endy which have great reviews and they offer 60-night trial. You’re better off shopping elsewhere and not dealing with these salespeople with poor selling techniques and lack of emotional intelligence.

Arguably the worst retail experience we've ever had. The first salesman was very nice and showed us a range of mattresses, although said he couldn't really offer any recommendations beyond of it is comfortable, then it is good. He was decent, though. When the mattress arrived, it was all wrong and so after two weeks, we went to take advantage of the sleep guarantee. What we had NOT been told, however, was there is a $65 fee to actually make the exchange, very frustrating. To make it worse the new salesman when we went back to make the swap kept trying to upsell us. We told him the value of our exchange credit and he didn't show us a mattress less than $1,000 more than what we had originally paid, despite the fact we kept asking him. Honestly, avoid this company at all costs. Save yourself some time and hassle, go to Casper or Endy or Douglas directly, you'll be happier for it
