The gas sensor wasn’t working and gas over flowed on my car. Waste of time, waste of money, the employee and manager had no sympathy for me. They basically asked if I knew how to pump gas and then said it was up to me to keep an eye on it - sorry Shell, that’s not how that works. You can’t see into a gas tank that’s why there is a fail safe sensor. Never going back. No help from management. Will be contacting shell directly to discuss. Don’t go to this station!!!

Washrooms are not working according to the cashier, but I saw that someone walked out of there 5 mins ago. Lady just didn’t see I was charging my car and thought I just walked for washroom and decided not to let me in.
Sooo bad! This is against the law.

Completely ruined my opinion of this place in one go. It was late. There was the resident homeless man asking me for money in the garbage filled parking lot. All I had was a $20 bill. It was ripped. Not in half. It was 1 piece still. There was tape holding the last bit together. The boy working rudely said no. I asked why he can’t take it because it’s ripped. He could have taken it. He chose not to. There’s no rule about torn currency. Both serial numbers were there and legible making its 100% legal and acceptable currency. At 330 in the morning it’s not like I can run to a bank quick to get it exchanged. So there I was with a $20 bill and a homeless man asking me for it, and a car barely running on fumes and a prayer I can make it to the next gas station. Which I did. And they accepted the same ripped $20 that wasn’t good enough for this location.

Don't bother going there. The night shift cashier sleep in the backroom and don't even bother to serve you. It happened to me 3 times within a month. I usually go there on my way to work early in the morning around 4am to fill the gas and grap some things off the counter.I think it's a new person working on night shift, looks like a international student, and he doesn't even bother to wake up from his sleep.Few weeks ago, I was knocking the glass window for more than 5 minutes and finally he came out from the backroom, being so upset that I disturbed his sleep.Next week, same thing... but never see anyone so I had to use the self-serve service.Today around 4:30am, I was knowing and no answer... same story...I know this gas station used to be busy during overnight and early morning, especially in the weekend as those who return from downtown clubs stop here to pump gas before they takes the highway, but not anymore... I guess...So, please don't bother wasting your time going there early in the morning.

Pay at pump wasn’t working, app not working, Tried to pay cash inside but told pump couldn’t activate and would have to wait for them to finish counting cash for end of shift before they could help. The Petro Canada a few blocks away worked properly.
