I had a great shopping experience at this location. I was welcomed and assisted by Jennifer, who was very friendly and helpful. She answered my hair care questions. Then I got to work with Gabby who was amazing as well. She took her time to colour match me, answer the questions that I had and she recommended some great products that were suitable for my skin tone and comfort zone. Thank you ladies!

If I could no star, I would. KAY was the worst cashier I’ve ever met in Toronto. You just ruined my night dear. You could ask her what was happened and the other lady was there too and I believe there is a camera that you could see as well.

They have only been open for 3 days and ALREADY...Walked in today excited because this is now the closest location for me. NOT ONE associate greeted me. I walked around for maybe 10 minutes in total? The only thing I have to say is that the store smelled good. Glad I didn't actually need to buy anything today. For the record, there were 3 or 4 associates on the floor and as I browsed, I kept running into one - again, who did NOT greet me. Unacceptable.Edit: I want to be clear that while there were some other customers in store, the associates were NOT busy.
