Had just what I needed, and they also had many other stuff that I don’t consider before. The return policy is great, they said I can try my item and If I don’t like it I could return it.

I purchased a Givenchy perfume about 30 minutes ago and was told the receipt would be sent electronically. However, after checking my email and texts, I found no record of it. When I called to address the issue, I was told there was nothing they could do, even though it was clearly an error on their part. To make matters worse, the representative hung up on me. I tried calling back, but they didn’t answer. Extremely disappointed with their poor customer service.

The discrimination and racial profiling at this particular location is disgusting and disturbing. The team at this store was deliberately ignoring dark skinned people even when we waved and asked for assistance. Shout out to the brand people who were exceptional and actually conversational. I chose to leave a review today because this is my experience every time I make the mistake of going into this store. I have no idea what needs to be done for black people to be treated fairly and with respect!

Went to sephora at the Eaton center to buy a few perfumes. An employee (Asian gentleman with pink highlights in his hair) was standing in the perfumes section chatting with his colleague (plans after work ). When I approached him and asked for a bit of assistance, he put his finger out told me to wait while he finished his conversation with his colleague. 5 mins later when he was done talking he comes over and asks what I needed. When I told him what I needed (kayali candy roxk 50ml )he pulled out his phone and said "we don't have it in stock and I don't even work for sephora ". Then proceeded to walk away before I could ask for the 100ml. I thought he was going to check another drawer for the perfume but he actually went back to the same colleague then was approached by another customer which he walked away from once again. I'm not understanding why would you not want to help someone who is trying to make a purchase. I approached one of the managers near the registers explained what had happened, although she was nice enough to apologize, she simply followed up with I'll talk to him.
Mind you this is the 2nd negative interaction I've had with this employee and yet still nothing done about his attitude or behavior towards customers

I am deeply upset and disturbed by my recent experience at the Sephora located in Eaton Centre. While I’ve grown accustomed to the unimaginative service at this store, what happened during my last visit was truly unacceptable. I was racially profiled by two employees who insisted on watching and lurking over my shoulder throughout my visit, making me feel completely uncomfortable and targeted.
I was holding a single $30 product with my receipt in hand, yet I was treated as though I was a thief. This behaviour is not only disrespectful but also undeniably racist. The blatant profiling and the discomfort I endured were disgusting and unacceptable.
As a loyal VIB Sephora customer, I expect to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of my race or how much I choose to spend. This store's staff has shown a complete lack of professionalism and has created an environment that feels neither welcoming nor inclusive.
I am disgusted, disturbed, and disrespected by this experience, to say the least. I hope Sephora addresses this incident seriously and implements proper training to prevent such racist behaviour in the future. No one should ever have to feel the way I did in your store.

Couldn't find their email but I hope their managers see this - I want to say a huge huge thank you to Lemma from the fragrance section who helped me in getting my Jo Malone perfume.
The tester was dry so I couldn't try the smell. I asked Lemma if there's a tester and unfortunately she couldn't find one in stock. She was asking her colleagues if she could open a tester, and as per my usual experience with BAs - they all said "oh you have to find a manager. I don't think they'll allow". At which points customers will usually leave disappointed.
Lemma went above and beyond - not only did she went and got approval for a tester and helped me picked out the perfume I wanted.
I want to express how much I am truly thankful for Lemma's customer service, please give her a raise! And it would be my wish other beauty advisers, no matter their rank, to learn more from Lemma's exceptional customer service spirit.

I always find myself getting overwhelmed in Sephora stores because of the vast amount of products. Tara made the experience so stress free and took the time to ensure that I left the store happy with the products I purchased. The service I received from Tara was exceptional and I am very grateful for her support.

Great service from Natasha who patiently and kindly helped me try a bunch of products despite it being so busy during the holiday weekend rush.
Unfortunately my cashier was bit rude and on her phone during the whole transaction despite the large line behind me.

The south asian manager at this Sephora was mean and patronizing when I tried to make a return. I see other reviews here that talk about her behaviour the same way.
As a VIB member, I have only ever returned one product a year ago to Sephora. This lady made a remark that the product can only be “10%” used. Nowhere on Sephora’s website does it mention this. It says “lightly used”. How do you equate this term to be 10%? The cashier who checked me out was apologizing, while this manager was making remarks that questioned my interpretation of what “lightly used” means.
Please hire kinder people. You’re ruining the experience of people who’ve been shopping at Sephora for years.

I had an odd experience at Sephora today. After I found money in the store and reported it to an associate, she gave me this mean look that made me feel uncomfortable, like she thought I was going to pocket it or something 😭 I shop here all the time and I just wanted to make sure it was handled properly.
