I wouldn’t recommend this place u been years buying at saks unfortunately I got maison kurkdjian baccarat from janet and smells different it’s like fake when I told her she never responded but her Colleague she use to work there anymore says they can’t do anything it’s what’s it so idont suggest anyone to go buy from them because they’re fake.

Terrible return policy. Company makes you wait for 30 days which is too long. Then is a common they go over the 30 days so you end up waiting lot longer. To this day still waiting on refund and been 40 days. You call customer service or their chat just to the same result which is they open a case that don't help move refund along. I would advise try to find what you looking for in another store and avoid Saks. Usually other stores have a much better return policy. Nordstrom has a lot of the items found on Saks and their return process is excellent.

Date of Purchase: 31 Jan 2024
Issue : Among 3 refill two of them are empty.
Since I bought from the store I did not open because I trust and I know what the product looks like, When I reach home after a busy schedule, I unbox and then I realise I got an altered product.
The next day 1 February 2024, i been back to store for exchange or return, Sadly that isn't a common occasion to the store manager (Miss Tiffany Lee)

I was unsure walking in as some employees followed me understandable as I am a teenager however can't remember her name because I don't think the conversation crossed that path but she was nice enough to fill me a 1ml sample of the one I loved most and left me with a really positive experience overall

Excellent store with professional customer service. Personally, I frequently indulge in my favorite clothing brand, "Skoch and Soda," at this store, and the prices are always fantastic. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend this store to anyone who looks for good deals.

Walked in today to buy a new perfume. I wanted to try the maison Francis Kurkdjian Oud.. empty bottle. Couldn’t find a sales rep. One was applying her makeup. Another 2 were busy chatting.Decided to walk over to the Tom Ford Section to try a few scents. The sales rep put up her head to see me and then put it back down and hid behind the table at the back of the section. I would have tried some of the scents BUT the testers were all empty.After me another man walked over to the Tom Ford section and she did the same. Looked up and then back down again.
