One of the worst designer store customer service I have ever experienced.
I came to the store do a return and right off the bat you could tell that Melissa had no interest in helping me. Any bag I asked to looked at she would come up with some sort of excuse not to show me the bag. Melissa needs to do better and be better if you want a job in customer service her attitude was just a disappointment. Worst experience for the money my husband spent on a new purse for me.

Hands down one of the most welcoming luxury stores in Toronto. Amanda (manager) & her team never fail to make you feel like a princess and ALWAYS treat you with respect. If you are going to spend your money, do it at a place that respects you.

Justin from YSL at Yorkdale Mall has been a very welcoming and friendly associate. From the moment I walked in to make my first designer handbag purchase, Justin made me feel welcomed, valued and most importantly, his positive upbeat energy created a fun shopping experience. He was there every step of the way answering my questions, educating me on features of the designs and more. I am beyond satisfied with both the products and service delivered by Justin and this YSL location. I highly recommend this store to future customers and will surely be returning for more beautiful YSL pieces in the future!

My Stylist at this location is Johanna,
Her customer service is excellent. All I have to do is send her pics via text and the item is waiting for me at the cash desk or she will offer to order. Not sure about the other people that work there. Johanna was the only person that spoke to me, (I was already in the store for about 10mins)

The woman who wrote the previous post is my wife. I'm a very busy person but I couldn't help but dedicate time to it. It doesn't make sense to me that the product has a manufacturing defect and I as a consumer pay the price. I'll make it short, disrespectful service, the funniest thing is that that day was my wife's birthday and I was going to buy something else there, of course after this service I will never shop there again! I really do not recommend to anyone because there is no value for the money you pay

I bought a bag a year ago for 4000 dollars, after a year the bag tore by itself. I arrived at the store shocked because it's not something that should happen, I also don't wear it a lot because I have several bags that I usually change. I had no doubt that they would replace my bag because it was a fault in the production of the bag. When I entered the store I received unsatisfactory answers, a disrespectful attitude and really no one tried to take care of my problem. They left me no choice just send the case to their customer service and they will get back to me within a day or two with an answer. Their customer service got back to me after a week with a message that they are sending the bag for repair and it will take up to 16 weeks to get it back. I don’t recommend anyone to buy from them, it’s not a luxury brand, it’s not a service of a luxury brand, I buy a lot of luxury brands (Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Chanel ) be aware guys better for you to spend the money in a better place

Been there three times and most of the staff is friendly and attentive. Intimidating to say the least, but I have made three purchases there and an exchange today. I wish I remember the associate’s name who helped me twice, she was amazing. Only downside is my one purse..the quality doesn’t seem to be all there—not regular wear and tear for something that costs $3000. No complaints about the staff.
