Dropped by Running Room at this location and had such a great experience! Michelle helped me out, and she really knew her stuff. She let me try on different shoes, answered all my questions, and made sure I was totally comfortable with my choice. I was deciding between the Bondi 8 shoes in size 9.5 and couldn’t choose between the 4E and 2E width, but her advice made it easy. Super attentive and friendly service—highly recommend checking this place out.

Had the worst experience trying to return a pair of shoes I bought online. The employee said because the shoes were on sale she could only give me store credit, and that I’d need to ship the shoes to running room head office in Edmonton at my cost just to get a refund. Will never go back as they did not honour the return policy stated on the company website and the employee was extremely rude. In the end I got a refund after arguing for 10 minutes. Her excuse for being able to do the refund was that she only realised the shoes were brooks shoes after 10 minutes of arguing, and that brooks are an exception to the rule. The brooks box was on the counter the entire time, liar! My only thought was that she just wanted to gain another sale in the store from the gift card she wanted to give me.

Wonderful and helpful staff. When the shoe I wanted wasn't available in my size, they helped me find another running room store that had it, which I went to, and purchased.

I was referred to this location and the first time I went there, the guy I met was very nice and he answered all my questions
and when I decided to get the shoes yesterday May 23, 2024 it was a different experience. I got there, showed the lady at the cash what I wanted and she said they don’t have it. I requested for her to check online and she did but still didn’t get the wider size I wanted. I asked that she give me the regular ones to try and if it fits, I was going to pay and order online. Unfortunately when it was time to try on the shoes she said I had to use socks and I asked if they have disposable socks, she said they don’t have it. Immediately after, she just moved away like she doesn’t care. I felt so bad after walking for 30 minutes to get to that location and then no disposable socks to try on shoes? Stores like this should have something like that, and because the lady didn’t care, I find the customer service zero. Not sure if that was due to my colour, was I going to stain the shoes? If another person was trying on the shoes and walking around, what’s the difference trying it without socks? Are those going to be thrown away after or sold to someone else? She wasn't even making eye contact in all our conversations. It was a waste of my time and I wouldn’t mind going back to Nike and spend $200 for a better sneaker.

I went to this location to try and buy my first running shoes. It was very clean and quiet, but I was so nervous going in. Going in, nobody greeted or even acknowledged me going in there. So i ended up leaving

Wonderful customer service! The lady working was very nice and helpful. She helped me try on shoes to figure out if they were a good fit and explained how to determine a good fit to a noob like me. The store itself was also very clean and organized. Would definitely recommend to my friends and will likely be back again!

Honestly the other staff is great, this one lady however likes to patronize me - a customer- over MY selection of shoes. Someone else was already helping me and she continued to be condescending about asking what I’m looking for and if I didn’t answer with her exact words she’d just passively and aggressively ask the question again- but I didn’t even need any help from her. This lady has black hair and and glasses- you need to find a job outside of customer service! Not welcoming or encouraging at all from her!
