It's a nice little food court. I tried the Market restaurant. Not really my thig, but others might like it. Try arriving by 11:30 though, as it gets really packed at lunch time.

I'm hoping this review goes into RBC data base as well so that they are also privy to access it, and share it with the advisor who genuinely made my experience so smooth, I had to come on here and let someone read about it as well. More often than none, if i had a horrible experience I would be on here just the same, except the emotions would be greater received as anger and negative. My case is nothing close to negative. Karen Carrington, approach me as I'm waiting in the que to speak to a teller. She asked very specific questions to in my opinion get a feel of what I needed done and if the teller were going to be helpful. I felt her gesture was very authentic and genuine, and thoughtful. She listen and understood what I needed, and was very knowledgeable about the solutions available to me. So much so, I assumed she was the Branch Manager, the way she was dressed, her professionalism, and her willingness to assist. Because of this experience from her at this branch I will adamantly visit this location for the rest of my Banking services. Thank you Karen Carrington, if you are able to view this, and thank you RBC.

Mon, 7 November, 2022, around 4:30pm,South Tower, Bay & FrontI was condescending, discriminated & prejudicial by a Royal bank male representative for whatever reason from the way he was staring at me & the way he was " TALKING AT "me. That's to say it's a person who is prejudiced against someone from a different racial group has an unreasonable dislike of them. Many people in this country are racially prejudiced by other racist.I Need to change my $50 to $20,$10 & $5. This bank guy representative approached me & asked if he can help. I told him I need to change my $50 to $20,$10,$5. He asked me if I've a Royal bank account. I told him I used to. But not anymore now. He said I can't change my $50 because it's for Royal bank customers only. He was in no way of being polite & courtesy during our conversation. I'd done this many times in different banks, even once with other branch of Royal bank. I'd never been turned down before.Really...since when bank refuses to change large bills to smaller bills. Totally absurd & lousy courtesy service. Especially from this Headquarters Royal bank located in this business financial district.Whoever you are. I don't think you should work in banking business because you are a lousy discriminatory representative & making a mockery & negative impression of Royal bank. Shame on you as a Royal bank representative.

RBC service continues to decline-----the current virus has just made it worse. Over the past 10 years with the expansion of computer banking the bank has lost the ability to be customer-focused. I have many examples how this could be improved at little cost---but am unable to speak with anyone with any authority. Even a Vice President who told me common sense is not common---but did not do anything to correct a simple thing. They could learn from Scotia Bank. I wonder if someone will contact me
