One of the staff saved my life!
On the morning of July 22nd, I had a problem with my charging socket. After a rude experience at a Freedom Mobile store, I went to this Roger's store. A young lady calmly and professionally helped me. She first suggested I go to a repair shop and then tried to see if my phone could be charged, but it couldn't. With my battery dead, she found the nearest repair shop, wrote down the bus stops and routes I needed to take, and didn't care if I was a Roger's customer or not. She helped me kindly, which I appreciated so much. I was too busy to ask her name, but I think her name tag said "Princess."

This place is terrible. Needed help with my phone and this worker was so rude from the beginning. There is no need to be rude to your customers. Terrible experience.

5 ? for Jose! I was stuck in a complex situation related to fraud/scam. I went for days trying to connect with customer care with different agents and they werent able to help, few Roger's stores also couldn't help me, was advised to call fraud team where you could only leave a message and they dont get back to you either. Also called the validation team and was not able to get a respond. I almost gave up on Roger's until Jose who took it by the horns and was able to validate me and connect; opened my account back up again after about 3 hours of going back and forth. Along with , getting a great discount/deal for my teenager who ended up with a big smile purchasing an Iphone 15 plus.
Someone please give this man a raise because not only was he handling my case he also paid close attention to other customers who came into the store. Jose was professional , polite friendly understanding and patience. We need more people like you in customer's service! Now I have a better liking for Roger's because of him making it such a great smooth experience. Thank you for all your help Jose!

The Rogers company is where these payments came from. Now the company has blocked my calls and mobile Internet. Who should illiterate employees talk to? No one can solve the situation. I issued such bills and it is not clear why and without explaining the reason why.
I do not recommend avoiding this company.

0 stars, don’t come here for anything, the store was robbed once 2 years ago and now is on some paranoid ‘high alert’. Had to wait to get inside then finally once in the employees here are apparently smart mouthed with attitude. I had to check 2 separate employees while here over the smallest thing. Terrible customer service screw rogers forever and ever.

A very pleasant visit.I went to 618 Sheppard Ave.West,Toronto,On store which is close to my house in order to complete the purchasing of a new cell phone plan.I was greeted and looked after by the service consultant Princess Salcon.She is a very pleasant,friendly and professional person.She made sure together with the store mngr. that the process of transfering and implementing my new plan with FIDO is flawless which was.I am dealing with this store for quite some time because I also have Rogers cable/internet and everytime I went there they were very friendly and professional.Unfortunately these days people ( customers) are not so friendly,understanding and patiently and they are taking their frustations on the service people who are trying to help them which is not right.To the service people at this Rogers store keep up the good work and stay safe and healthy as much as possible in special when dealing with so many customers .Thanks

I went to upgrade my phone at this location, Farshad helped me and he was a pleasure to deal with! He made sure I knew everything, went over the contract with me in very specific detail so I wouldn’t have any surprises! and helped me transfer all my data too! 10/10 customer service!

I visited the store today to pick up my iphone 15. Amirpasha (store assistant manager) helped me a lot. He was so patinet in all steps and did a great job. Really apprecaite him and for sure will come back later for my next phone.
