They gave me an attractive deal for the first year. But increased price like crazy for the next year. I felt being manipulated like a fool by this greedy monopoly player.

Lacks in communication service. Literally.Called and prompted only to go straight to hold. Also doing virtual and it’s just as bad.Sad part is me being on hold or queue will be longer than the actual discussion with the agent. What garbage service.FYI tried calling yesterday and was on hold for an hour before I gave up.
