Her eye for detail is unmatched, and she knew exactly how to style everything to fit my vision and make me feel amazing. The quality and uniqueness of the pieces at Rewind Couture are outstanding, and Dawn’s personalized attention made the whole shopping experience feel so special. I have brought things in and feel I received a fair valuation for my items. I have also purchased luxury brand items that are in exceptional condition for great prices. Staff are friendly and very helpful. They also have an excellent instagram account which I follow for new items as they receive things daily. I have and will continue to recommend this store.

First time visiting today and this is hands down the best luxury consignment store I’ve been to in Toronto. Incredible selection (sooo much to choose from), so many good designers (niche and well known), everything I looked at was excellent to new condition, amazing prices. I enjoyed my visit - lots of fun checking everything out and the staff (including the owner who came to introduce herself) are awesome!

When I say the BEST customer service I ever had when it came to ordering an item I mean it . The owner was so kind to step in and help accommodate me with a product arriving a day after my birthday. I truly needed it and thanks to her it’s arriving way before expected time! Response through email was quick and very very professional. Items are very nice . Put your trust in this company ;)

I have an entirely new summer shoe collection (and bikini and jeans) all in one very lucky afternoon. I could not believe the selection and amazingly fair price points for everything in this shop. I always pop into consignment shops everywhere I travel and hands down, Rewind is now probably the top for consignment shop I have been too. The items were in pristine condition, so many pieces still with tags, and even the minor flaws on pre loved items were nothing compared to what passes in other shops I’ve been. Everything looked well cared for and thoughtfully organized too. I could keep gushing but what really makes it all even better, as if it could get better, is that everyone there was incredibly sweet, attentive, helpful, honest, and patient. I can’t wait to go back! <3

A little over due, but I wanted to share my experience with Rewind. I purchased a Chanel bag from them and when it came time for me to part with it , my potential buyer had it authenticated and it returned "fake" . I was shocked and immediately reached out to the Rewind team who went above and beyond for me to ensure the bags' authenticity. Turned out my buyer's authentication service made an error !!
Dawn was so great throughout even offering to refund me. ! An amazing experience. Rewind did a great job of keeping in touch and following through even after hours !
Definitely would buy an designer here!
