I've used Ryan's services for buying, selling and renting. He has a no pressure approach and really offers great insights on current market conditions and property values. Great negotiator, honest and caring.

Leasing out units then demanding gross profit after seeing success. You should be ashamed of yourself. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy working with Ryan, especially during Covid

Ryan Mungal, an employee and landlord from Re/max Hallmark Realty Ltd extorted some of their tenants. If you do a quick search of his name, you will learn all about it.

Bad experience all around with Ryan. I wasn't impressed with his lack of professionalism so I had to find another agent.

When my partner dropped off our deposit, he encountered really bad and rude customer service from the woman at the desk named Paige. Her behaviour ruined what was supposed to be an exciting moment - getting a new home. No one should have to encounter that level of rudeness, apathy and condescension regardless of colour or appearance. It has been 5 days since I spoke with a supervisor there and there has been no communications since (no apology, no follow-up). / Edited: Spoke with the CEO who was apologetic but no apology call or email from Paige came.

Finding a new place is never easy, but having a great realtor helps! Finding a condo with Ryan was easy and quick- in less than a week he found one that was perfect for me! He was available to answer all of the questions that I had and was quick to schedule tours of places I had my eye on. Ryan found me a place that was in my budget and in a great location!

In the days of Covid and struggling businesses, you’d expect an operation such as a Realty Office to go above and beyond when it comes to differentiating themselves. One only needs to walk a square kilometre from this location to realize how many choices you have. The individual who works on the front desk couldn’t have been less interested when I popped in. She was abrupt, dismissive and just not interested. Good luck Folks. I’d say, “See you next year” but chances are your space will be up for rent.If you’re shopping, walk an extra block or two. You’ll be glad you did.

The receptionist/office administrator of this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was treated with total disregard by Paige, I’m assuming because I’m a person of colour. No manners, no empathy. And her response when I told she was very unpleasant was a sarcastic “Who? Me?” I can’t believe a person like this holds a position when all is expected is a positive attitude and great customer service.
