You won’t find a better laundromat in the neighbourhood. Better laundromats do exist, however they are not close by. If the staff is there, they sell tide pods for $1 which is nice.

Horrible laundry! Bad service! Over priced machines 4.75 a wash! My machine didn’t work and when I complained I was yelled at! I won’t be returning!!!!!!!

Great place to do my laundry. so clean and beautiful machines! love how there’s so many to choose from (and all working) only thing is i wish it was a bit more reasonably priced.

Went on a Sunday morning- it busy at all. Change machines on site. ATM at grocery store two doors down. That store sells small boxes of detergent too. No detergent available in the laundromat. Attendant is not on duty on Sundays. One change machine gives out toonies and quarters. Second change machine will turn toonies into loonies. Place is very clean and machines in good condition. Wonderful coffee shop across the street and a sandwich shop across the street. Highly recommend this laundromat.

I came here to have my suit taken out a little. The lady behind the counter took a look, puffed out her cheeks and shook her head. "You need to lose some weight." Sick burn. 8 out of 5 stars.

I had an amazing experience with this laundromat. First of all, I called to ask about the capacity of the washers, and the person I spoke with was knowledgeable. When I went in, I found the place sparkling clean (thank god bc the rug I was washing was super heavy and dragged on the floor ?) and the staff pleasant, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I was directed to the large capacity area and the machines were clean, worked well, and were easy to figure out. The coffee shop directly across the street (pilot coffee) was a perfect place to wait for my laundry, and when done the staff helped me fold up my freshly washed and dried rug. I am looking forward to my next rug wash day so I can do it all again!

My mother lives around the block and needed some larger machines to wash some sheets. Not being used to using a laundromat, she had thought that a bottle of bleach left by the front was free to use, so she she used a bit for a single load. Immediately the manager or owner of the place confronted her about it, to which she apologized and had explained she didn't know and it was an honest mistake, and that she is happy to pay for the bleach she used. The manager/owner continued to accost her rudely even after explaining herself, and even brought over another employee to yell at my mother. My mother was visibly shaken and left some extra money at the desk, but needless to say this is not how any business should handle customer service, and we will never be using this business again.

Went there for the first time a couple days ago and I am not impressed. I checked a couple machines and they smelled very musty so I found one that seemed ok; however, everything I washed now has a faint sour / musty smell even after machine drying and airing out for a couple days. I hope this was a one time problem as it is very conveniently located for me and I might end up needing to go there again but unless they start regularly cleaning / sanitation of the equipment, I can’t recommend it
