I’ve been training with Jen for just over a year now and she is amazing. She fosters a supportive and challenging environment where you can push your fitness limits. I have lost weight, gotten significantly stronger, more comfortable in my own body. I could go on and on. I can’t recommend Jen enough.

I've been working with Jen for over 10 years and her focus on improving overall health, strength and mobility is what keeps me seeing results. Her dedication and attention to her clients is what keeps me loyal. No two classes are ever the same, although they are always challenging and always fun!
