This is definitely a hidden gem. At first glance you would not think much admittedly, but their selection is far better than any department jewelry store. It is family owned and operated, so they actually care about their customers. Prices are very good to top it off. 10/10

I had a custom ring made from a collection of inherited jewellery. Everything from the design to the final product was incredible. Prices are more than fair and I will continue to use Quality for all of my repairs and custom work. Old fashioned professionalism, artistry and integrity -- a rare thing in today's world. Wonderful people.

The best there is in the city! Tony and Melanie are amazing, super knowledgeable and accommodating. Our go-to jewellers for ANY purpose. For vintage watch repairs, our wedding rings, any jewellery need. They do AMAZING work on watch repairs and restorations. Awesome prices as well. Exceptional customer service! I had a link added to a bracelet and which they turned around quickly and charged less than the price of an espresso! Tony also shared his deep knowledge and advice on watches for a purchase that I was considering elsewhere. I’ll be going there for all maintenance & repairs in the future!

I had my wife’s engagement ring made here with my grandmothers old ring. Within the first two years two diamonds fell out and were lost. My grandmother carried her ring throughout Europe during WW2, and never as much chipped it. This place did such a bad job two diamonds were lost within two years.Don’t go here if you have any sentimental value of your items. Their work is shoddy at best.

I brought in an old family wedding band and the staff kindly went out of their way to determine when and where it was crafted. The repair on the 100+ year old ring is beautiful, with a fast turnaround and reasonable price. Very helpful and friendly staff.

I have purchased quite a few items from Quality jewellers over the years. I have also had items repaired. I think this place is a hidden gem in our neighbourhood. They are lovely and helpful. Zero pressure to purchase and happy to show items they have in stock. Beautiful gold from Italy and well priced. Highly recommend.
