Every time I go for a return, the Drop Off Kiosk is Out of Service.
Purolator have it fixed or advise your customers if the location is closed.

Everytime i order something from Amazon and it gets sent by purolator they screw up. the drivers are so lazy they will not bring up to my apartment. they just say undeliverable. lazy solution. When Canada post delivers i have no problem i get my items next day at my door. Purolator is not a reliable company and i hope amazon drops their lazy butts

Easy to use and convenient, especially for things like online shopping returns! All I had to do was scan my return labels and put the parcel in the machine. Easy peasy!
