I have asked if they do a return or exchange, and the employee confirmed that they do
I went back to return what I got because it didn't work out, and she said they only do exchange or store credit for a month only.... it is not even a credit. She just wrote on the receipt and marked the date telling me that I need to buy something within a month or else she doesn't know what to do
The worst experience I have ever had, and I do want my refund

This is one of my favourite boutiques to shop in Toronto.I have shopped there for many many years. The shop owner is always extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in the fashion field. I have sent many friends there and they have thanked me. I have always received a warm welcome and it’s great to see this boutique Carrying Canadian Designer fashions!!!!

Tried to return a bracelet which after 2 wearings was obviously defective. Finish on the metal already gone in places and a trim coming loose and showing wear.Return policy not advertised.NO REFUND. MANY LAME EXCUSES. DID NOT WANT A STORE CREDIT IF OWNER WILL NOT STAND BEHIND MERCHANDISE.NEVER AGAIN.

This is probably my favorite store in Toronto. It has a mix of styles - not all of which suite me - but it's one of the few stores that has some clothing with a punk or goth flare that I really love. And Canadian made clothing too. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for something a little bit different and full goth stores or full conservative styles don't quite suite you

This is my favourite place to buy clothing! The owner is really friendly and always helps give advice on what looks good! The clothing is really great quality, I have shirts from there that I wear really often that have lasted me YEARS! Every time I wear a shirt or a dress that I got from here I get complimented on how cute it is! Definitely would recommend stopping by!
