Every space in the store is filled with some tool or product which, for customers, might look confusing but the owner seems to navigate it expertly, finding what you need quickly. The store has a really cool atmosphere, it gives me the same feeling I used to get as a kid when I'd go to my local cluttered comic book shop, finding intrigue and inspiration everywhere around you.

The proprietor at the store is quite knowledgeable and even though you cannot go wandering around the store he will help you to get what you're looking for, he is quite reliable and friendly this is like your local neighborhood store highly recommend

Most crammed, disorganized store I have ever seen. Even the staff can't find items. I'd rather go further out of my way to find a decent hardware store. Not to mention the suspicious staff watching and following me around - actually standing at the end of the overly stacked isles to watch me. No thanks.

Can’t say enough good things about Polytechnic Hardware! The staff is super helpful and they seem to have everything! A much better option than the local big box store in the area.

So much for trying to support local small neighbourhood stores. Found the sales assistant rude, condensing, and completely unhelpful. Just because I happen to be female - he should not have assumed that I didn't know what I wanted.
