Big fan of the brand, but very shocked to see the comments made by Boutique director Abdullah Kaddoura against the Jewish community. As a Swiss company you should not tolerate such statements by one of your employees.

I had an excellent experience at the boutique. I met the boutique manager (Abdullah) and he was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He introduced me to the sales associate (Arsalane) who is professional, friendly, funny and not pushy.Arsalane was very passionate in assisting me until I finally made my decision. I look forward to continuing to work with him!

Went in for what I thought would be standard battery change for my Piaget Dancer. Went to Yorkdale. Although I had some headaches dealing with the repairs/store, both Jung Sik Im and, even more so, Cecelia Lam, were very helpful and attentive in resolving all issues. I thank them both very much for their outstanding help and professionalism.

I recently went to Piaget at Yorkdale to have my wife's vintage Piaget watch serviced. We received excellent service from a knowledgeable and friendly representative. They explained the service process, wait time, and more. It was a great experience overall.
