Went to pick up my online order. No one is on cash. Was told to wait in line. Cashier finally comes to cash. In the middle of cashingout customers, she helps a customer who cut the line with her online order!! Part that annoys me, no apologies from staff. Will not be shopping at that location and still not sure if I will continue shopping with Pet Smart....after all, there are so many other pet stores.

Aki, the extraordinary and unique groomer will never be compared to anyone. My dogs are rescues and it is always difficult to find someone who not only makes them beautiful, but also earns their trust and makes them feel safe. with Aki, since the first moment she met them, she gained their trust 100% and that helped her give them the best service that any of my dogs had ever had.

The shopping experience at the store is dreadful. Locking up food so you need a managers key is so uncomfortable and upsetting. Won’t be shopping here again, sorry

Theresa, is the reason this store is the best place to shop for your pets! She goes above and beyond to help (even with returns lol). She also trains dogs, this coming from a cat lady! Simply put she is a wonderful lady!

We’ve been shopping here for years, and spent thousands on pet supplies. We purchased a hamster and it dies on day 17…. It’s a 14 day policy. We were told there is nothing they would do, and we likely killed the hamster. Worst customer service experience I’ve had. Will never shop here again. Zero respect for their customers.

Theresa is the best trainer. She helped my puppy Teddy grow out of his shell, taught him the cutest and most important things. Theresa remembers each dogs name, works with you to ensure your dog is getting the training they need. I can’t thank her enough.

They Cancelled my grooming appointment while i was on my way to the appointment to which i only found out about on arrival, will never use this location again.

Went there to pick up my feeder fish not too happy about the prices but that's Toronto for you.. they still have a wide variety of anything you need for your pets definitely go check it out and treat your furry friend well

Really helpful and kind customer service, even though I was a difficult customer today with a unreasonable request about an order I got on the site. They took care of it and were even able to help the next person, without inconveniencing anyone. These folks go the extra mile, at least the gentleman who helped me today did and he was so nice even as my toddler was screaming. Good shopping experience also adorable cats up for adoption with Ava in the store

Visit the place to buy some fish and the attitude of the boy who works there, it gives a lot to be desired, you may feel that he does not like his job and is not in that position to give service and advice. It's always good to find someone with a smile and who solves your doubts or at least try it. I hope to return and that he is not the same.
