Washroom here is always OUT OF ORDER. The gas pumps NEVER have a receipt paper. You always have to go inside to get your receipt.

Girl at the cashier was so rude, she don’t know how to behave with customers. Poor customer service!

Girl at cashier with name ending with “preet” does not understand how to comprehend English. I was at this location at about 4:30pm on May 15th, 2023.
I wanted to buy 2 $100 Proline tickets with different outcomes on each ticket. New Proline rule is $100 “per outcome” per customer which is literally stated on the policy change, but this girl with zero English comprehension skills kept reading the rule and telling me it’s $100 per customer. She was also very rude in her tone of voice, especially when she is wrong as I have confirmed this with head office.
This girl has very poor customer service skills, which many reviews before me says the same thing about her. Please hire better smarter English knowing staff.
