I love this pet valu so much!! It has a self serve wash station, great products that I cannot find at just any petvalu and the staff there are just amazing. I will always get my dog, small animal and cat products from this petvalu!! Thank you for being such Amazing people!!

Excellent facility. Great service. They were able to squeeze me in as a walk-in and shampoo plus conditioner are complimentary. Very strong blower so some dogs may get a little fussy with it like mine... Cough cough husky singing the songs of their people ?

I had a truly disappointing pre-order experience at this store due to its lack of accountability and poor management. I placed a pre-order on October 13 and followed up multiple times about payment, only to receive slow or delayed responses. On October 25, I informed the store that I’d be leaving Toronto and urgently needed the pet food by October 28. Despite confirming that it would arrive on time, the staff later told me there’d be another delay, with no solution or urgency.
To make matters worse, the store eventually claimed they “couldn’t locate” my order and then blamed the issue on departing staff and “manufacturer shortages.” After all the delays and excuses, they finally told me to order the product myself from Amazon. This experience was both frustrating and unacceptable. The store’s mismanagement, lack of responsibility, and dismissive attitude toward customers’ needs show a serious lack of integrity. Be prepared to face similar issues if you decide to shop here.

The cashier lady was so kind to help me set-up the special order. I honestly had a bad experience in Pet Valu, Bay st branch. The manager and cashier staff in Bay st branch was not helpful and rude. I just wanted to place a special order, that's all.

Long time client- always have the right products in stock. Looking for a particular product this time around, new store manager Orange was attentive, patient, and just so welcoming. We have a new younger rescue cat and he’s a thicc boi!! A beautiful white Persian cat who does NOT do well with groomers but my partner said this place has good reviews? We told the groomer to please let us know if he freaks out, she had him in the palm of her hand!? Mission accomplished and the price is 1/3 many other private grooming places.
