Absolutely love it here!!!
Eric is the best person you could ever find to help you with all your pets needs. He is a very kind, empathetic, intelligent man who is always making me laugh and smile and he offers the best advice filled with knowledge and sincerity. His recommendations and support are truly priceless, especially after my cats started developing health issues — I always feel like I am not alone in their health journey.
The store itself is perfect! An endless selection of healthy pet food with a wide variety of kibble, canned, frozen, raw, dried, baked, you name it!! They’ve really catered their selection to put your pets health first. I trust that my cats aren’t just eating a bunch of garbage pet food, they’re getting quality ingredients from the selection offered here.
They also have a wide selection of treats, toys, scratching posts, litters, etc etc there’s plenty of goodies!
This store is top of the line and compared to other specialty pet stores, the pricing is excellent. (For example, Pet Mama up the street is charging 3.99 for a bag of treats that Pet Uno is charging 3.49 for).
I love this store! Thank you so much Eric and the rest of the team for all that you do!

We had the most horrible experience here for a trim for our Pomeranian. It was our first time trying this spot for grooming. I asked for just a small trim and the dog came back almost shaved and unrecognizable. We asked to speak to management and a male called who first blamed their groomer who is an Asian lady that she doesn’t speak English (she does) and then blamed us on semantics (trim vs cut). He also just spoke over us and was super combative. Essentially they will not own up to their own mistakes. They did not offer any reimbursement for their hideous mishandling either. Pomeranians cannot be buzzed so short due to their double coat. The manager was just blaming his employee and then customer. They also charged me before I saw the dog, so you don’t know if they’ve caused damage to their fur. We’ve been to other groomers prior and have never experienced such poor service and combativeness we really regret trusting them with our dog and we are even more disappointed that the manager was using racial remarks blaming his Asian groomer for not speaking English (which was a lie so bonus points for dishonesty).
Addendum: we got a voicemail today from ‘Eric’ whom we spoke to, who double downed he didn’t say his Asian groomer doesn’t speak English, and then said ‘it was a beautiful cut you’re behaving like children’.
Honestly. Save yourself the trouble and don’t bother with these people unless you want to get harassed.

We take our dog here for his haircuts...he's now 13 years old and has separation anxiety from my family, but given the staff here are so nice and gentle, we know he's in good hands, giving us the peace of mind we need too! The old guy also has many bumps on his skin where special care is always taken. The cut result is always so great!

Want to update it with today’s data again that 10/10 and will always recommend . It takes me some time to get here but the groomer is so friendly and always knows what my dog wants !!
Brought my coton du tulear here for grooming as he was beyond matted and was in dire need of some grooming.
Groomer did a great job and did exactly what I wanted. They even reached out to me via phone to ask about my thoughts on a styling procedure after I dropped him off. He looks great . Definitely recommend and will be returning.

Although this store is slightly out of my neighbourhood, I was aware of it because of their support for rescues like Annex Cat Rescue.
During the pandemic I came to rely on them, for the range of things in the store, for the knowledge of the staff, and for their pandemic delivery service.
I now continue to come there, as the staff are knowledgeable about feline health and nutrition needs and are attentive about putting cases of things aside.
Judgmental calico seal of approval!

My dog buddy has been a proud customer of pet Uno’s for over four years in the time we have been in the neighborhood. We only get our hair cut and it is always fantastic. As for customer service. They are all great and Eric continues to amaze.
