Pet Spa Toronto
80 Sherbourne St #105, TorontoDan, the owner of Pet Spa, does the most amazing job on my poodle. It does take a few visits to get precisely what you want the dog to be groomed like, but what is essential is that they listen, and I trust their judgement. It is great to leave my pet poodle with Dan for three hours, knowing that he is being treated well and will not be stressed when I pick him up. When I take him to Pet Spa, he always just walks in with no anxiety.

Operating out of Pet Valu, 1560 Yonge St, TorontoWe love Sheila! She is so gentle with our senior standard poodle. He loves going to the groomer - he always comes home looking beautiful and smelling great. We really appreciate how Sheila sets fair expectations for groom time and texts us updates when our dog will be ready. Last year Sheila helped us out with a groom for a particularly difficult foster and we were so grateful for her expertise (it was not an easy job). She’s just the best!

2830 Danforth Ave, TorontoDr. Kato is wonderful. Her kindness and compassion is such a rare quality to find. We moved to her a few years ago and are so happy we did. She has been thorough and assisted with our dog who has a very complicated health history. When we needed a referral to a specialist, she followed up multiple times to make sure it was done timely. We have now had to make the hardest decision a pet owner ever has to make. She helped us through the decision with kindness compassion and speaking of her experience and what she has seen. She truly is a wonderful vet who cares so much. We feel so fortunate to have found her in the last few years of our girls life, when we needed her most. Thank you Dr. Kato.

Park9 Downtown- Dog Playcare. Spa. Resort
56 Sherbourne St, TorontoTHE BEST!!! we just moved to Toronto and we went from a house to a tiny 1 br. I have a deaf, partially blind great pyr mix (120 lbs) and a crazy heeler mix. I was nervous to put them in daycare or board them because transparency in dog care isn't always the best but oh my gosh I am so glad that I found Park9. Everyone at the dog park recommended them and now I know why. The staff is absolutely FABULOUS. They are clearly super well-educated on dog behavior and care and they are very proactive with questions and anticipating what my dogs need. I really liked the meet and greet process that eased us into the facility and it made me feel really comfortable that the other dogs were well-screened. My dogs are happy and exhausted when they come home and I can finally get some peace and quiet :) I wish every daycare were like this, truly the gold standard. Thank you to the awesome employees at Park9.

Mellow Vibes Dog Training
295 Roncesvalles Ave, Toronto5 stars all around. The city was so hard for me to find a reliable trainer. Especially for a rescue dog with trauma. I had about two trainers before i found Paul. They bailed on my dog after meeting him. I was in such a hard spot because Rolo was easily triggered by men and other dogs. He would try and bite and get aggressive. I was starting to lose hope. But then we met Paul who was very accepting of my dog Rolo. After the program Rolo was changed dramatically. He loves men now and is able to play with other dogs. I still and will continue to use Mellow vibes for boarding as my job take me out of the city alot. I feel very secure when rolo is there because i know how happy he is. He actually gets depressed when i pick him up from pauls. He loves it there. Im so grateful to have found Mellow vibes for the rest of my dogs life.

Hound and Kitty Toronto
628 Fleet St, TorontoI have tried other pet sitting services in that past and can confidently say that Hound and Kitty has been the best experience I have had so far, bar none!
As an anxious cat mom, I am always nervous to leave my furry baby behind. From my very first conversation with Elizabeth, she made sure to explain the benefits of cage-free cat sitting, went into details about her vetting process of accepting guests - including their temperament and health/vaccination status - and also took the time to address any questions or concerns I had.
For my cat's first stay, Elizabeth took extra time to help her feel comfortable and sent me many photos and updates throughout my time away. My cat had an awesome first stay at Hound and Kitty during Christmas 2023 and has returned a few times since! She always makes new kitty friends and loves playing with them, she seems to really benefit from the feline socialization as she is a solo cat in my home.
Elizabeth's commitment to and love for animals is evident through her kind and caring persona. She is very knowledgeable on pet care and treats all of her furry guests as her own.
I am so greatful to have found Hound and Kitty and recommend the service to any pet parent looking for top tier, home-like pet care!
