One of the best places to take your to for grooming. They prices are really reasonable and staff are always good with my dog. The toys, food, pet accessories and treats are all really good prices also. Would highly recommend checking this place out for all you pets needs n grooming.

I got to PawLand regularly they always do an amazing job grooming my dog prince I have zero complaints their customers service is great the groomers are amazing

I went in and very politely asked if they had a reptile section.
I was then just stared at by the man working until he rudely scoffed at me and said no then look down.
I would not support this business.

So unbelievably rude. The male owner ran out of the store shouting after us for saying they should lock their door when closed after he very rudely dismissed us when we walked in. Made a scene and got in our faces. From the other one star reviews on here you can see he has a pattern of anger issues.

Stay far away from this store for grooming. My dog a puppy well behaved 13 pounds 9 months was hurt 2 months in a row. First time I asked when I heard the yelping what happened? Woman replied she just don’t like nails done. This is the only place I have taken my dog. I said she knows you well that should not be an issue. Next time my dog showed fear, literally pulling her to get her nails done, again I heard a hurt louder this time . Again asked what happened. This time no answer. My dog was limping. I was upset enough but when the man rang in the regular price of $25 it jumped to $40!! I said that is way too much I always pay $25. He said it’s $40 now! I reported them to Ontario Animal Cruelty to Animals for an Investigation! Horrible business people!
