This was a good experience so far. I currently have my winter jacket in for repair and they shared I would hear from them in about six weeks. No charge whatsoever.

Staff was helpful from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was relaxed. Products are very functional for work and travel. The Torrentshell Jacket and Better Sweater have held up like new through many years of use. The fact that Patagonia will help with repairs means I should be able to use these products for life.
