They made a mistake and the wrong item...They made a mistake and the wrong item was sent to me. That is not my fault but Customer Service didn't respond for a few days and in and ask me to send the wrong item to them to be able to receive a refund. Had to go to the post office and waste the time I don't have with a newborn baby, because of their mistake.don't trust and buy from the store anymore. VERY DISAPPOINTED

On trend clothing at approachable prices, but service was subpar. Manager we met at the end was kind and seemed to be interested in selling clothes, but the rest of the staff seemed to be disinterested, dissatisfied, disillusioned or perhaps just young and bored but not interested in helping customers, even checking out was more hassle than it needed to be.

I ordered online and picked up at Eaton Centre location and they messed up my order and gave me the wrong item. I had to make another trip to Eaton centre to get the correct item and the guy that was working there was super rude. He said we are busy and things happen. This is the worst customer service i had in a while. He also he said we rectified it, like obviously they were supposed to give me what i paid for. I would not recommend this location to shop.

I've been coming to Oak + Fort for a while now and always loved the friendly service. But lately, things have been a bit off. A few times, I had trouble getting my issues sorted—it took a few tries to find someone who could help. It seems like there might be a need for better training or communication among your staff.Also, it's hard to tell staff and customers apart lately. The staff doesn't seem as friendly as before. Once, someone asked me What's your name without introducing themselves or explaining why, which felt a bit awkward and uncomfortable. It would be great if the staff could be clearer and more professional when interacting with customers.I get that these things happen, but as a regular customer, I wanted to give you a heads-up. I think a little extra training could really step up the whole customer experience.

Eaton Center review - Have always loved Oak and Fort but this was an unpleasant incident today. I had to return something I bought in Vaughan Mills and repurchase but QUINAL in Eaton center said that they don't accept returns from Vaughan Mills especially that it is Balck Friday and asked me to go to Vaughan Mills. He refused to take the return upon requesting. Only now am I finding out that returns are accepted during Black Fridays and across the stores and I didn't have to come back to Vaughan Mills which made melst about two hours of my time. The rest of the staff in Eaton, Fairview and Vaughan Mills have always been pleasant but this was very upsetting. To mislead customers. I had to travel for three hours later only for this one particular return.the Five stars is for the stores and the management because that wouldn't change.

The service is horrible. Came in so willing to spend for a wardrobe and not one greeting or someone asking to help. Just several glances up down by staff because I didn’t fit the aesthetic, do better

Just visited this Oak and Fort location for the first time. Staff were very rude and quite apathetic. Felt dismissed when asking about larger sizes (pant 14-16 or XL in other items) Only one person working the cash who was short with me and didn’t seem very interested. Overall store was not very inviting. Don’t think I’ll be visiting again.

Ugh so much attitude always from the staff here and like - why? I don't shop here that often but have just never had a good experience what with the rudeness. The clothes are mostly Aritzia dupes and lesser quality. Just...chill.

The cashier is horrible, was lining up and when it was my turn she walked away. Did not fold my clothes properly and tossed it in the bag. My friends were waiting for me and they said something rude

Great selection of clothes but I felt the staff were very casual, almost couldn't tell them apart from a bunch of customers with how some of them were behaving. The service was okay, sometimes they would ask me questions and disregard my answer since they only needed to ask questions as protocol. As they were processing my return, I felt like I was watching a training session where everyone was a bit confused as they were all talking amongst themselves while I waited and then was abruptly sent off... Overall, not the best experience as I've visited several times in the past but other Oak+Fort locations have much more professional service. I'm pretty sure it's just limited to this location.
