I was on the hunt for a pair of black pants, a mission that usually ends with them being either too long or not the right size at the waist. It's usually a struggle. But the staff here went above and beyond, offering me a variety of options. Even in the midst of what seemed like a busy day at the store, they kept a keen eye on my needs. Thanks to the assistance of the two lovely ladies working today, I walked away with the perfect pants. Absolutely coming back for more!

I dropped by this location to pick up an order. I also decided to try it on in the store. Jess was the associate helping me and she was very professional, friendly, and patient. She really made my experience at Oak+Fort! The store itself was clean and neat. Love the brand and I consistently have great customer service experiences at all your locations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for well priced stylish modern fashion.The only thing I would suggest to improve the experience Oak+Fort would be to offer a price match after 1 week/1 month. I often find that an item is put on sale after purchasing it at full price and it is a very discouraging experience and often makes me hesitate to purchase.

Clean store, beautiful layout and nice modern and modest fashion! Wore one of their dresses on an airplane and had the whole cabin crew asking where it was from!! :)

Wonderful quality of handcrafted garments with a wide selection and fair prices. I purchased a dress on sale and it was marked incorrectly and they honoured it! Great customer service!

Went to return an item for my girlfriend who has been unable to return her item because she is quarantining with covid. Because of her quarantine she missed the 30 day return window. I explained the situation to the clerk who curtly reminded me that it is their policy that they do not accept returns past 30 days. No exceptions. I would not shop at a place that is so firm on their policies during exceptional circumstances. Extremely off-putting experience.

Received a back up bag as a gift from my mom as I already owned 3 others (no issues) in different colours. 2.5 months into using this newer one, the stitching from the shoulder strap started unraveling. Upon speaking to the store manager, I was pushed to speak to their head office team who then put it back in the store manager. After a day of no response, I called the head office to follow up only to receive and email denying any support for a defective item. If you buy anything, make sure you have a profile saved or keep your receipt because this company doesn't live up to it's quality anymore. I am having to stitch the strap back on myself.

Happy they reopened but experience should be improved. You should give a limit of time per customer. When only accepting 3 customers at a time, it doesn’t make sense to allow people to stay that long. You end up waiting over an hour with 4 people ahead of you in line just because some take too long to decide...!
