Save your money and go elsewhere.
I took my girlfriend here to get her nails done a week ago, and we will not be returning.
Firstly, the customer service was terrible. I understand, it could have been a bad day, and we're willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, but as a service based business we would expect a bit better communication. My girlfriend had questions during the process and the artist would simply ignore her.
Besides the fact that she caused bleeding on several areas of her nails, two nails broke off about a week later. One would think BioGel would last more than a week. We understand that nails do break off for several reasons, but for $112, we would expect them to last a bit longer.

The best place in Toronto. Meji is my favorite. Clean, quick, sterilized materials, and she removes the cuticle if you want. ♥️
Requested style: Regular shellac and leg/foot massage with exfoliating and mask.
Specialities: Nail Extensions
Cleanliness: Very good

Was in need of a pedicure and just walked in. I was seated right away and was given a great pedicure. They really do a great job getting all the dead skin off.
Great service and quick as well, paid $45 for the pedicure which for downtown is great. Definitely will be returning.

No respect for clients time. I booked an appointment and despite me being there on time they made me wait for half an hour. serviced other people who got there after me and when I eventually asked, they mentioned I have to wait another 1 hour. They have the audacity not to even an apologize for their rude behavior.
This is the second time this happened.

I happened to be in the area so I tried this place. Honestly, probably one of the worst nail salons I have been. The technician was rough and did not do a good job, I got accidentally cut and the technician did not bother to do anything about it. I had to eventually go to another salon and get it removed. It’s comparatively more expensive too. Paid close to $100, other salons would charge $80 for similar work.

Very worse experience. The man hurt my fingers while drilling the nails. 3 fingers hurt with no apologies. They dun have any style or suggestions for the nails. The UV machines are very old in the shop. The UV Lights they are using are the one will not turn off automatically after the time limit. The light keeps turning on in the whole process. My hands need to be exposed under UV lights much much longer than any gel nail before!
The price is so high with this service and the old equipment. Don’t worth this!!! Please go others if you don’t wanna hurt your fingers while drilling.

I got my nails done here. The removal I had for the dip gel I had previously on my nails was pretty rough. The nail tech used the machine file and at some points it literally burned. When I mentioned the burning sensation the tech would lighten up a bit but this happened a few times. This resulted in my nails becoming super thin with red spots where the most force was applied. Two weeks later I’m now getting the manicure removed and my nails are super brittle more than they’ve ever been. The current tech at a different salon told be that the tech from Nuvo nails filed my nails down way too thinly so now I have to keep them short until hopefully they heal and grow out again.

Service : below average. Come here only as an extreme back resort. The service is mediocre as they appear to literally work with "let's get this over with " attitude. There's not enough time spent on cleaning and shaping. It's all very hurried to just do bare minimum. They don't invest time in even checking with you on how you find the shape or if you have any feedback. I once stopped and gave feedback and was given a bad look of sorts.
Nails: focus on cuticles is ZERO. They couldn't care less if you have those extra deadskin, all they do is focus on just cleaning whatever appears out of the skin.. most places in Toronto go really deep in and pull those deadskin out but these guys do a poor job of it. These are my cuticles 48 hours after a mani- deadskin still appears clearly. One thing I'd give them is clear nail pain application

I came here 3 times to get my nails removed and I don’t recommend it. The first time I went they filed my nails, soaked it in acetone, and cleaned my cuticles, put oils, and hand cream. The second time I went, they removed my gel nails by just filing it with the machine that my nails became so thin. No post care of putting oils on my nails or hand cream. The third time I went, I informed the technician that my nails are thin so I requested to get my nails removed by soaking them in acetone instead of filing them. After I was done, my hands were covered in nail dust and I was told that I was done. The technician didn’t even wipe off a pile of dust on my nails, nor put cuticle oils, nor hand cream. That costed $22 ($15 removal, $2 tax, and $5 in tip). After I left the salon, I questioned why I even tipped the technician when I was given bare minimum care. Overall I do not recommend this place.

My nails are ok, not exactly what I asked for but whatever. I was told gel was $60, removing my old nails was $10, and my design was $15 which ended up being ~$100 somehow. ?
