The worst service I ever experienced from both the sales person and Richard the manager. I went in with a very simple problem, trying to replace a washer on my kitchen faucet. I came in with the piece that had broken off and pictures of my faucet, and was told in a very mocking manner that there was nothing he could do to help me. I asked if I needed a plumber and he said he didn’t know. I asked what the next steps were and he said he didn’t know. So I left. The manager was equally mocking and lacked any initiative to resolve the situation. A company that specializes in plumbing should be able to answer simple plumbing questions. .Very misogynistic and disrespectful.

Recently, I had to buy a shower drain for the bathroom reno, and I needed a specific size. I'm a general contractor, not a plumber, and usually, these supplies prefer to work with plumber.If you don't give them the right name of product, you won't be able to get it.However, Rich, a person who helped me, he patiently listened to me and found the piece in the warehouse.Thank you, Rich, for your outstanding service!

I don’t go often in this location , I went on Friday to rent mega press jaws they don’t have it but I found another solution and I bought some other materials . 2 Radiators & dress coupling for galvanized pipe , guy in middle table helped me a lot I forgot his name. Thnx a lot .

Contractors beware! Always triple check what you are paying or you might be getting ripped off.The staff at the counter have no awareness on pricing for items in the store and have no interest to protect you from being gouged. They are nice workers but most likely need to be trained properly from head office.Please train your staff on how to properly use their computer system so us little guys aren't getting taken advantage of by your system.I only shop here on emergencies. If they had their business in order, we could easily be spending $50K a year in supplies here. I know a few companies that have already moved on. I can't imagine how many others are affected or even realize.Their system is so archaic and broken. No eCommerce store, no training, rarely someone picks up the phone, and no consistency on pricing.You can walk in and spend $500 one day, come back the 2nd day and pay $1000 then the 3rd day $500 again for the same thing, no promotion just regular price.If you can, take your business elsewhere unless you have no option.I'm sick and tired of being taken advantage of from these stores and complained many times already. We lose customers to jobs because we are incorrectly quoting them on supplies.I'm surprised they don't care and try to correct themselves because news like this travels quickly.

Buyer beware - if you are not a contractor Noble may try to rip you off. They list abs pipe at $ 689.47 and tried to charge that when the same pipe is $ 100 at Home Depot. No explanation except they are trying to rip off unsuspecting customers. Always check the price against other companies before you buy. What is worse is they know their stuff and they had no answer when I challenged the price and asked for a refund. Even showed them the home depot price. Sorry but 1 star fits.
