Great store on Queen. There was an obscure piece of equipment I was looking for, the gentleman on duty was a bit skeptical of javing it in stock but he did his due diligence and lo and behold he had 2 units on hand.
We shared some small talk and laughs after

Fantastic selection, super knowledgeable staff and very friendly. Excellent vibes in the store and the availability of products that aren’t easy to snag in the city downtown was a lifesaver (and on sale which was just perfect) 10/10 recommend!

Niko is my bestie, I respect him a lot.I had been renting my flat for the last five years, paying over $800 a month for it. Now that I had just found out about my cancer, my wife and I had to find a new place to live, and quickly. It was a Wednesday, and my wife was going out for the evening to meet her friends for dinner. That meant I was going to have to get in some serious couch-hopping, with one of my friends borrowing the furniture from my family.I could not get the dreaded furniture store to open on a Wednesday, even though the store was very close to my apartment building. I tried phoning several times that morning, but all I got was a message telling me the store was closed and I could call back the next day. The couch was our biggest purchase we had ever made as a married couple, and I was worried that we would not be able to get our money back if we did not buy it from them.Of course, I'm not a troll

The gentleman at the front desk (perhaps the owner?) is an absolute charm of a human. I just had to write a review about how homey he makes this store feel. His customer service and conversation makes you feel like he could be your dad! just the kindest human <3
