I don’t go anywhere else but NEXUS for all my prints, I’ve started my own company not to long ago and I’ve always had the best service at this place. Ali and Omar are extremely helpful and my art prints always come out amazing. I would highly recommend giving them a try!Dcustoms

I used Nexus print services this week for the first time for a rush print job on a student project. Omar and his team completed a job that would likely have taken 10 days anywhere else, and instead turned it around in 3 days. Omar promised that it would be ready by the deadline and that it would look amazing. He delivered on both counts, even going the extra mile with additional copies with an upgraded cover. This is a very busy print shop but Omar was so pleasant to deal with and was invested in delivering a great result.

Am very sorry for this review since the service was very poor and had to pay $25 for a digital photo with very poor lighting. Customer service was very poor, and I hope they improve in this regard.

I don't typically leave 1 star reviews but I was greatly disappointed with my experience here.Brought my 10 week here to get an infant passport photo (was recommended by someone on a fb group). Photo was taken, came back the next day and part of his head was photoshopped right out. They did offer to re photoshop the photo but it was not better. They mentioned that the passport office would take it no problem. Fast forward, I had an appointment at the passport office and it was immediately rejected due to the passport photo being clearly edited. This left me scrambling with a small infant to find a place that would re take his photo (thank you Staples) so I could go to a different passport office to get his application in. Waste of 40 bucks - don't get your infants passport photo taken here.Can't comment on any of the other services.

Original review:I sent my card here to get a quote. And they completely stopped responding to me for days? Still waiting to hear back. They don’t have an email bounce back saying they are having delays or are closed or anything. They aren’t answering their phone either so not sure if there’s some sort of emergency on their part. Hope they’re ok.The 1 star doesn’t reflect my experience actually printing with them - just communication.UPDATE:After I left this review they got back to me right away letting me know that they were very busy as they serve a wide area in the city (I would recommend having an automated email saying that they have a high number of requests but that they will get back as soon as possible).Ali, the owner, personally apologized and Omar did an amazing job providing me with a proof and updating the print to my specifications. They had my cards printed within a couple days (and a day earlier than expected) despite them serving many customers. They also added a few perks for the wait. The cards look great!Their customer service has been stellar after that small bump at the beginning.I’m looking forward to going back to Nexus for more print jobs. Thank you!

I first used Nexus Printing services 2 years ago, and was very impressed. They took time to edit our pictures, ensuring colours popped and everything looked smooth. After opening my crochet business, I knew I had to go to them again. My business cards and banner came out AMAZING. Recently they printed and put together pet calendars for my workplace. Everyone absolutely loved them. The extra work these guys put in definitely shows. Highly recommend and will definitely continue to use!
