I called the store, looking for a pair of shoes and they put them on hold until I arrived a couple hours later. I got the 530s And I’ve been living in them ever since. I walk in them and they are so comfortable. I would highly recommend the store and new balance products in general

Bought my 5th or 6th pair of New Balance shoes in 3 years. As always, Aaron listens to my needs and assesses each issue to come up with a variety of offerings and solutions. I wish other shoe stores offered the same customer service.

The store is great. Has a lot of models of Newbalance. I have become a regular customer of New Balance because of the amazing store Experience. I have been helped by Magda a lot and it’s always nice to meet her. She has found me great shoes especially in my preparation of a half marathon. I will recommend anyone who is in market for running shoes to visit the store. They even have a treadmill to try shoes on. It really helps in making a decision regarding the fit and whether the shoes meet your demands.I have got New Balance súper comp elite and New balance Balos from the store and I regularly visit the store for other accessories.

I order 2 pairs. One pair came in the wrong size
But the truly truly amazing sales staff at the NM store at Yonge and Summerhill did the refund and sold me another pair of (almost) navy
The other pair came in the mail and it was perfect.
Never again mail order only in-person shopping I. Your own store with the perfect and helpful kind staff at Yonge and Summerhill store. Thanks
