I called the store, looking for a pair of shoes and they put them on hold until I arrived a couple hours later. I got the 530s And I’ve been living in them ever since. I walk in them and they are so comfortable. I would highly recommend the store and new balance products in general

The staff are patient and knowledgeable. Tulsi helped us with various shoe options, explaining the benefits of each pair we tried. She was awesome!
