I've been ordering my figures here for a few years now, and I can proudly say this is my go-to figure store. The staff are kind and welcoming, and reply quickly and professionally to all communications.
Fair warning, the interior is a liiittle cramped with all the product. Sometimes I feel like I'm going to cause a chain reaction of collapsing waifus (I am big and tall lol.) If the store is busy it is a little awkward to maneuver, but staff will still let you browse and take your time.
Definitely worth checking out if you're interested in anime collectibles and figures!

A Toronto based hidden gem, Navito World is an official distributor for authentic Japanese Anime related products such as figurines, model kits , accessories, etc.
Don’t let the extremely tight space intimidate you as the store itself is more of a warehouse approach than a browse about. You can certainly walk in and take a gander, but some may find it claustrophobic and unorganized. Massive potential if they ever find a bigger place.
All in all, staff were helpful and knowledgeable. it’s encouraged to shop online to either pickup in-store or deliver to home as their website is relatively user friendly.

They have a huge variety of figures and merch of all different price points, and the people who work there are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely definitely recommend it

Staff were very nice and helpful. A few problems though. One is that it is hard to see everything available because the store itself is such a mess. It's impossible to even walk around especially when there's even two customers in store. Also many figures are overpriced/inflated and 3x-5x market prices. You can buy straight from Japan with shipping and import fees for cheaper.

Claustrophobia nightmare! Not accessable outside of a sideways shuffle. No prices anywhere, even the small keychains and gacha boxes were not priced! Had to ask an employee to be let out of this nightmare of a store. For what little I could see without knocking everything over, the selection was decent.

This is a must go place in Toronto for anime figures. Everything is very well priced. They have a ton of nendroids and a really good variety on all which include different figures of video game characters and anime characters.
They have their on website and it shows if a certain figure is in stock or out of stock. (They only have one location, so you don’t have to worry about if it’s a different store)❤️

Really incredible! Went this afternoon and customer service was incredible. The person helping me was so nice :)) he helped me find a ton of miku stuff just because I was interested and I ended up buying something I didn’t previously see thanks to him!
Prices are pretty good as well, even though it’s more expensive than if you were to purchase directly from Japan, 100% better than other hobby stores in Toronto! It’s cramped and little space to move around but I personally liked how many products were around. So many vocaloid stuff which means so much to vocaloid fans like me. A lot of scale figures as well, so if you live nearby has a couple hundred dollars to spare, and want to expand your collection, check out this place!

awesome selection. a well kept secret and a worthwhile visit. be wary of preordering though, they are at the mercy of their supplier. Also it's best to browse online before visiting, you can easily miss things things just browsing the packed shelves.

Found this spot on my visit in Toronto. Place is filled with figures to the ceiling which was wild lol. They also got plushies, keychains and gacha... small cool stuff. The place was small but I spent a good couple hours in there which felt like minutes. The people working there were cool and knew their stuff. Definitely will come back when I pass by Toronto again. Also got a figure of Liv from PGR shipped back to NYC and it arrived safely.

The place may not be the biggest, but the selection and amount of inventory they have is absolutely stunning. I'd visit again if I was in the area! I ended up getting a Mai Sakurajima plushie and an Echidna Nendoroid.Very friendly staff.

If you're looking to get figures, keychains or even noodle stoppers (yep, thats a thing), Navito World has pretty much everything you could want. They have a massive backlog of merchandise that you can always ask to see or order in. I recently got into collecting figures and nendoroids from older series and I was happy to see they still had the items I wanted. My only complaint, however, is that there are boxes piled so high you can't see everything and it can be difficult to walk through the store. The good thing though is that they have an extensive list online, so if going into a cramped store isn't your thing, You can have your items delivered or brought to the front of the store for you to pick up.

Don't pre-order from their website. Extremely unreliable. I pre-ordered two figures that were announced on the same day. I pre-ordered one from Navito World, and the other directly from the official company. I wanted to compare each service. The one I preordered from the official company arrived 5 months later. The one I preordered from Navito World still hasn't arrived and it has now been over a year. Another figure I preordered from Navito World last year in January also finally arrived last month. If you're going to preorder just do it from the official company.

They require you to call before entering the store which understandably makes sense because the store has very limited walking space.Amazing staff and service. They were very kind, patient and helpful. Next time in Toronto I'll definitely visit again.
