“Had to replace a lost debit card on Jan. 23, 2024. It was complicated because I had thought I had lost my wallet, and had already called TD to cancel my cards, but then had subsequently found my wallet. George was extremely helpful, and gave me lots of advice for next time, and was cheerful and easy to deal with.”

“I would give this five stars as the staff have always been unfailingly friendly and helpful. But Wednesday I went to deposit cash from a local fundraiser (I had put up the float) that the volunteer told me was $500. When the teller took the cash she counted $490. Thing was she did the strangest method of counting, and she did it under the counter where it was hard for me to see. I asked her to count again. Same result $490. But again she did it out of my line of sight and in some bizarre way. So I asked her to have a colleague count it. WOW was she pissed at me. (She wasn’t exactly warm to begin with). Her manager counted it properly, right in front of me and indeed it was $10 short. She was beyond mad at me at this point. So she was right, the customer is WRONG. You win Miss Teller. But in future when I go to the bank and I will return because it’s usually a great experience, I will wait for a different teller . PAULA you are in the wrong job.”

Her customer service and help was way beyond RBC standards and I think she deserves a exposure
I went there with my friend so she open her business bank account but I had minor issue on my account
She not only helped me to solve that issue but she pointed some major issues that my account was facing due to me not paying attention and she solve multiple problems for me and also help me to get debit card on top of my RBC client card!
I was thinking to close my bank account but her great costumer service convinced me that I should stay with RBC”

“By far the best location, been banking here for nearly 20 years. But there is always a very long line up for the tellers. Upper management, you need to provide an adequate number of staff. Clearly this location is in high demand. The tellers are great but they can’t keep up with the walk ins.”
“I had an appointment with Ivan regarding unsecuring my credit card. He is the kindest person I have ever encountered in a bank. He explained everything clearly and advised me to provide information in my request, which was then accepted. I appreciate his time and assistance.”

“Had some fantastic service from a lovely lass named Duyen both today and yesterday in helping me set up my bank account. She was very clear in instructing me on what I needed to bring and was able to set up my account, get me my debit card there and then with my PIN of choice, help me set up my mobile banking app, AND open a savings account, AND let me deposit my cash between my chequing account and savings account. Real sweetheart! <3
I definitely recommend, though might be wise to book an appointment just to make sure you are seen when you want as it did seem like a smaller branch.”

“I have only had positive experiences at this branch with my tellers and especially my financial advisor, Lenny.
TD really cares about their clients because I do not know any other bank branches that offer appointments after 5pm - they keep their branches open longer to serve us!
Lenny was very attentive and I felt heard when I had questions regarding investments. I even mentioned an error on my Equifax credit report and Lenny was happy to assist in fixing said error.
I'm actually so sad I'm moving out of the area, because like I said earlier, I've always had positive experiences banking at the Dupont branch.”
