“always a problem-free visit when i go in, however i tend to need to bank after hours and the outdoor ATM frequently has issues and the cash/cheque deposit option has not been working for over a week. it would be much nicer, and safer! if they allowed people to use the indoor ATMs after hours to bank off the sidewalk.”

BUT, i have been afraid to go in there for about 15years, there is 1 super mean teller, and the others arent much better. HOWEVER it is a big ugly city & their job no doubt sucks, so i gave them 5 stars.”
“Always good and friendly service. Sometimes the lineups get long on busy days, but usually not an issue, especially with ATM and internet banking making most trips to the teller no longer required. Parking is more difficult now thanks to the City realigning roadway to accommodate bicycles, but not fault of bank.”

“The staff at this location is quite friendly. My only complaint is that the branch operates on limited hours of operation, from Mondays to Fridays, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Compared to other banks like TD at the Vanderhoof location has extended hours on certain days, this branch hours can be inconvenient for those with 9-to-5 jobs.”
