Amazing. They were super responsive and answered every single d*** question I had - at any time of the day. With the crazy hot market, it was great to know that on each potential offer, where exactly the financing stood. I KNEW I could go in firm (if I had to). They turned around the entire deal in a matter of hours... not days. It was comforting to know that the hard work up front, made the actual approval very quick. They guided me through the whole process and managed to squeeze out a far higher mortgage amount that made it possible for the purchase to happen. I'm grateful and thankful that I used them.Godsend. Amazing. Responsive and well, I feel like I'm part of the family.Highly recommended.

My Terms team has done couple of mortgages for me. they found good solutions to problems I had to get mortgage from my every day Bank. They're responsive, and professional (especially Anita). they answer my questions and give advice even 5 years after I took the mortgage.

I got my first mortgage on 2015, Arash got the best and lowest interest rate mortgage for us. He is always responsive even after 7 years. He is a really good friend for all of his clients. It’s always a pleasure working with Anita and her team. She got us a great rate and did everything she could to make the transition go as smoothly as possible when we renewed our mortgage, we were able to get a great rate and we are very pleased with our decision. I've dealt with a few different brokers in the past and none of them compare to the team at My.Terms. They are genuine, trustworthy and truly care about their clients. They're always responsive and provide such detailed information to help determine what is best for you.
