I recently purchased three shirts and a pair of shorts. I ordered my usual size (the size I buy from other stores) but they were too small. Here’s where I have problems. I had to send the items back at my expense ($21). Ok. I guess that’s fair. But they don’t exchange online orders and they don’t refund your money. You have to use store credit (because I used a discount code that is advertised on their front page). This, I really don’t like. I ended up getting two shirts and one pair of shorts and a dryer ball, at a loss of that $21 and a small remaining balance of credit that will end up being a donation to them. Don’t get me wrong, the items were good, and the customer service was friendly, but the gift card thing left a sour taste in my mouth.

First time visiting this location, but it will certainly not be the last! Grace was super helpful with what I was looking for. One of the only places in the city to have this brand of candles/incense on hand, which is great as normally you can ONLY find this brand in the States. Cannot recommend this store highly enough, we will definitely be back more often! Thanks again for your help!

A really cool little store. Their stuff is well made and cool and cottage-y. I’d totally buy a bunch, and I get that small entrepreneurial businesses like this need to charge more than a Gap or a Walmart or wherever you can get cheap clothing, but the prices can be a little steep. And this is NOT cheap clothing, but really solid stuff.
Despite that … if you want well made, Canadian designed, owned and sourced (well, there’s a few items from the States as well) and really unique and one of a kind clothing, this is a little treasure trove.
Think Roots before it got big.
And the specific Muttonhead label is from Toronto too!

Sizes are child sized.Returns are brutal. My items returned two weeks ago and nobody bothered to contact me with my refund/credit. Called. Got my credit. Wrong amount.Had to pay 18 dollars shipping and 30 dollars to return for a “hoodie” which is just a cheap long sleeve material with a hood for 132 dollars (plus the xtra fee and headache for return) love supporting local but come on. Robbery.

I wish I would have read the reviews.Trash products, ordered an XL and true measured dimensions are a small.These clothes are ment to be worn by soy boy vegan liberal men dont waste your money.Customer service is non existent and do not offer refunds. They blame it on the fact "they are a small company that needs to make profit" forces people to sell their product second hand for next to nothing.Will be recommending people to stay away.

The quality is good and the embroidery is cute, making it a great gift for yourself or as a souvenir! There are always discounted items in the back, and if you get the right size, you're lucky.
