Great store but please deal with the sewage smell. I have walked in from time to time and half the time the store reals of sewage. I understand it’s probably the building but there’s not even a diffuser or some incense in place. Even just a small attempt would go a long way.

Wide and affordable selection of stationery! The memo pads, postcards, and pens were all cute. Some had practical designs, which is a nice option. They also had non-stationery items like totebags and stuffed animals in the back.

Excellent customer service, I was greeted with a friendly welcoming into the store, and a nice worker helped me with whatever I needed. Overall great experience, and will stop by again!

Amazing place to buy cute stationary and plushies! When I first went to Mr. Pen, I was only looking to get a refill of lead for my mechanical pencil. But thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the staff there, I ended up getting so much more useful stuff! I now go here regularly, and each time I am greeted and assisted by the friendly staff. Definitely one of the best places to shop at for the great variety! ?

I loved the amazing customer service at this cute store! The employees were super kind to me and helped me with any of the questions I had. Aswell, I loved looking around the store and ended up with some high quality notebooks and pens!

Cute things love the aesthetic but the customer service……. it was unwelcoming. When talking to the staff it seemed like they didn’t want to be there and like I was burden to them. No smiles and usually I don’t mind it because I understand how it feels working in retail but there was no effort. They seemed nice when chatting amongst themselves but when it came to customers it was such a different vibe.

I collect stationery, and this is my favourite place to get it. You will find cutest office supplies, stationery, pens, stickers, blind boxes, plushies, and more. There's something new every time I come in. The staff are always very nice and helpful. If I go missing, you might find me here!
