Avoid here at all costs. I just wanted my oil changed and was pressured into unnecessary purchases. When a client asks for only their oil changed they should listen and respect that
Edit: they're a bunch of scammers, I went in for a simple oil change and they told me I had close to $1k work to be done on my vehicle. Amongst the aforementioned repairs they told me I had to get my spark plugs and transmission oil changed which is a complete lie as my mechanic had done them recently. Ridiculous pressure sales tactic. This is the Toronto Weston location, do NOT go, they will lie and scam you out of your money while maintaining you "have to" so it. Blatant robbery.

My husband and I brought our car to this location for an oil change and they 1) severely overcharged him 2) "identified" an issue with his spark plugs that would require an over $600 repair. "Oh but don't worry, we can service it here for you". Ya, no way. Went to our local repair man for a second opinion. Spent the whole day waiting for our guy to evaluate the issue, just for him to tell us there is NOTHING wrong with the spark plugs. Repair guy told us this was the third car this week alone that was sent to him for a second opinion, originally advised by a Mr. Lube that spark plugs were destroyed. DO NOT GO HERE- clearly they either have no idea what they are doing OR they are just looking to scam. There is no excuse for this behavior! GO TO YOUR LOCAL REPAIR MAN, GIVE HIM YOUR BUSINESS INSTEAD, YOU WONT REGRET IT.
