Rob and Kyle have gone above and beyond!
I purchased a fire pit and there was a small problem with it. I supplied photos and within days the fire pit was picked up from my home in Stouffville, taken to their supplier and I was called the same day to let me know that they were going to replace it, have it assembled and deliver it to my home within a week!
I’m so happy that I was able to get it replaced because I absolutely love it! It looks great on my deck- great to have on cool evenings.
I can only tell you that I have never experienced this kind of exceptional customer service, ever!!!
I absolutely love shopping there, always find unique and beautiful things for my home.
Too bad it’s a bit out of my way, but I always make a point of shopping whenever I’m in the area for dinner or a day out.

The store is full of beautiful furniture and gifts for everyone. Garden items are especially fun and unique. I can always find a gift for anyone there. And the staff is lovely!

Beautiful store, amazing products, however zero accessibility (no ramp or automatic door) Furthermore saw the owner outside a few days back speaking in a very unprofessional tone to his staff and I find this unacceptable.

Made the mistake of walking in with my mum 5 minutes to close. She’s from out of town and wanted to look for a minute. One of the employees looked at another and asked “Are we officially closed?”I would understand if it was 6pm but it wasn’t. We just felt incredibly unwelcome, we don’t make a habit of going into shops 5 minutes till close but we definitely were put off by that. It was clear he said it loudly enough for us to hear. We have both purchased items there before and had really enjoyed the shop before hand.

Moss is a lovely home goods and trinket store located by Carlaw and Danforth. The store offers lots of outdoor furnishing, flooring, and decor pieces for your home, making it an excellent place to shop for unique and diverse pieces for your home or gifts for friends and family.The store has a lot to see, and one can easily spend more than a few minutes browsing everything. It is worth spending the time to browse the store as there were lots of diverse and unique pieces that we were tempted to buy! The store has a variety of items, from plants to furniture, and all are beautifully displayed. There were lots of bird-type gifts, games and great household products. Also, the store has a large wall of greeting cards for any occasion. Worth spending time in here!

Rob and Kyle were very helpful in assisting with our 520 Ellesmere patio project. Kyle did a wonderful job listening to our needs and selecting the appropriate selections for our medical site. Communication was prompt with excellent follow-through. I have reached out to many companies for this project and Moss's prices, delivery times, customer service, and follow-through were excellent. I didn't have to constantly chase anyone down trying to get answers like most of the other companies. Kyle was awesome at getting back to the questions and providing alternative solutions that worked for us. Thank you so much, everyone and we look forward to having your team assist with other future development projects in the future!

Moss has a great selection of unique & interesting products with staff who are friendly & helpful. A special thanks to Ottilie who provided excellent customer service during a recent custom couch purchase. From the initial contact to swatch selection to placement of order (including a post-sale correction to the order), she was a pleasure to interact with & very responsive especially given the rush of the holiday season. I look forward to an equally smooth product delivery & future purchases from this local store.

First time ordering from this store. I emailed to enquire about the free shipping which I misunderstood. The employee replied and then cancelled my order without my request! I called the store to say I’ll that I didn’t wish to cancel and was told “well I thought you’d want to cancel so I didn’t want to issue a receipt and then have to cancel it - it’s more work” so instead of doing your job I have to redo the order! And then I cannot use my coupon code because it’s been used so I have to call back and they get me a new code. What a waste of my time.. all because an employee assumed something to make their job easier.

Moss has long been my go-to for gifts, candles and home decor. Did I mention gifts?? Fabulous store full of unique finds and the customer service is fantastic. Special shout out to Ottilie (I so hope I spelled that right), who gave me superb service this morning.
