I bought a pack of cigars which were stale. I brought it back to the convenience store and kindly told the owner that I would like a new pack because the ones I bought were stale. First, the owner said that he could not give me my money back or give me new ones. Then he told me to “never come back here again” and that I’m banned. He then proceeded to give me incorrect change (which I didn’t even bother arguing with him about). How can a business owner ban a customer for selling THEM STALE items? He did all of this in front of other customers as well. Very unprofessional and rude.

Was very rudely treated by a store employee was looking for something in particular was not helped whatsoever I advise not to visit this location
