Transaction was smooth and easy. Place is clean and they have just enough seats to comfortably lounge while waiting for your car to get done. The guy who assisted was very nice and accommodating. I think his name was Agar. Will definitely come back! Oh, how can I forget. They also have free coffee!

Awesome. The gentleman at the front desk squeezed me in without an appointment. Professional and efficient. Had my tires changed for a great price. I was expecting to wait for a while but it was quick even without an appointment.

The staff at this MIDAS are very accommodating. They make every attempt to fit you in no matter how busy their schedule. And, they provide a thorough and patiently explained service. I have been here before and have experienced a very trust worthy service. Kudos to Suhail for all his efforts and for how he treats his customers! I would give this location a 6 out of 5-star review! Thank you, MIDAS! Keep up the honest work!

Incredibly disrespectful manager. Called in early to see if they could do the job, a simple brake light assembly replacement. They said they could.I get there and they say they misunderstood my request and thought I was only replacing the bulb. After that, he says he can still take on the job so I say fine. Later he says he ran into trouble with the wiring and cannot do it. Remember at first he said he could? Now he can't. He suggested rewiring it but did not want to take on the job because it would cause him a "headache".After that he charges me for literally unscrewing and re-screwing the assembly. He could not do the work because his team was not skilled and then asked for money in return for nothing.Even after I gave the money, he was still disrespectful and threatened to remove me from the system.Absolutely disgusting behavior from this establishment's manager and will never go there again.BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I definitely do NOT recommend this place. I went there to have a safety inspection done. They charged me about $140 and told me I needed to fix my brakes and have my rear wiper replaced for a grand total of $700 in order to pass the safety inspection. I had just replaced the wiper 2 months ago and it's working perfectly fine. They also mentioned that my brakes make noise, which was news to me. I found it very difficult to believe anything they were saying. They clearly just wanted to make more money by having me replace parts that didn't need repair.

The manager Arvin is disrespectful and does not acknowledge or handle issues professionally with long term customers. If you go in and all is fine, he will be okay as you are a paying customer.. as soon as there is an issue with service he will place blame on the customer. There is plenty of competition, so do not waste your time going here. I’ve been going for years, never had an issue… until I did. No accountability, no inkling of an apology, and extremely threatening. Their mistake costs time and money. 1 bad manager makes a bad name for the entire company, and I will never recommend this location or any Midas location based on my experience here. Arvin’s inability to be professional is astonishing.

Their staff are polite and friendly but their service has room for improvement.Though oil change takes almost an hour, they do a complete visual inspection for free which is nice. Fluid top ups (except wiper fluid) are not done as part of oil change. This is standard at almost every other service centre.This is the most disappointing part. They charge $50 + labor for a tire patch to remove a nail. After patching, the vehicle was driven out to the parking without inflating the patched tire. It’s an oversight but not an acceptable one. This makes me doubt if the patch would even hold. Air pressure in the other tires were not checked.I do appreciate the overall inspection and their report of what all need to be serviced.

Went in for an oil change on sale with a coupon. Made an appointment online, which auto attached coupons. Very easy.Initially, I had some confusion with the oil grade and store manager. The owner contacted me to follow up.Issues seemed to be resolved.

Edit: As requested by the owner. I had a service appointment + a belt noise issue. reportedly fixed by replacing the belt. The belt comes off the next day in the middle of the road. Towed to this garage who put the belt back on with no other repairs or replacements. I was told that ford fusions have an inherent problem where the belt just falls off.the car broke down again the following day. belt comes off again but luckily this time in the parking itself. I call them to take ownership for their repair and refund the 2nd time towing costs. Received no call backs and no refunds for either the tow or the belt repair. Never coming back here again. Car was eventually repaired by Ford - a faulty tensioner and no other "inherent" faults with the car as was the claim.

Please avoid this establishment. To start I booked a tire change from summer to my winter set. My winter set has their own separate rims but I needed new tires which I brought with me. After they completed the swap, something told me to check the tires to make sure they were done correctly. I noticed that they has only changed two of the tires, and left the old pair on the other two. I went back in and pointed it out and I was told no that is impossible they installed the new tires on. I said okay, can I see the “old” tires that came off my car. I was told no I cannot, I had to insist I was escorted to the back where they showed me the “old” tires. I pointed out that the old tires had a production date in 2016… and asked why I still had 2016 winter tires on my car…I then pointed out the production date on the “old” tires they were going to dispose. Two were 2021, and the other two were 2016. They then apologized and said we will change the other two for you. GREAT. 2 hours later they finish and I had my keys. I got in my car turned it on and noticed the tire pressure monitoring light came on… usually it takes a couple minutes to reset, as I am driving home a new message appears on the dashboard. TIRE PRESSURE SYSTEM INOPERATIVE. I called back Midas and as I was explaining what I am seeing. The phone disconnects. 10 minutes later, I get a call that went to voicemail and the manager left a message saying to drive the car for 200-300kms for the error to go away….2 days later, the message is still there, and I’ve driven over 300kms. I bring my car back to Midas, the technician that did the tire swap seemed very angry that I was back, he takes a look at my car and has a machine to assist him to the inspection. After 5 minutes he walks up to me and said “take your car to the dealership they will fix it” and walks away. After speaking with the guy at the desk for 25 minutes trying to figure out a solution. He also said to bring my car to the dealership to have it fixed.I drove over to my dealership to have them inspect the tires and install, and why I keep getting the TPMS error. The dealer inspects the vehicle and concluded that the TPMS system were no longer on each individual rim itself. So now I have to buy new TPMS and have them installed.Do yourself a favour and avoid this Midas.Service: Tires
