Kennedy and 501 is the best location. Markham and Eglinton always out of green onions aka scallion and roasted chicken. Parkway location not bad but they also run out of roasted chicken often. All stores are pretty clean with helpful staff.

I went to the prepared food counter today fridayoct 18th at 12:30noon. I requested for a spoon to eat my yogurt parfait. The 2 ladys working there ignored 4 times.
This was my regular Metro store but ive experianced a change in customer service.
When they gave me the spoon after my 5th time asking. They didnt say a word to me. This made me feel very uncomfortable. Im a long time customer of this metro back when it was a Dominum.
Your staff needs retraining.

Rude and discriminatory managers. Applied for a job and was laughed at. Not sure why but made me feel embarrassed and appalled that someone in a managerial position would act this way. Would not recommend this store.

Security is very invasive. He followed me around the store because I had a personal cart, and when I went to grab the litter that wouldn't even fit if I tried. ( I was trying to put it under the bag where it would have been completely visible ) said don't put that in there that's why we have carts. I tried explained what i was trying to do and he stopped me mid sentence and repeated himself.LIKE EXCUSE ME. You are basically telling me that me putting into my own cart that I'm trying to shop lift. I'm not a thief. I already don't shop at metro due to the insane prices. And now I'll never shop here again. Thanks. Ps: I posted a photo of my intent with my cart,

Great spot for oysters ? The freshness is top-notch, and you really can't go wrong here. One thing I like is their late closing times on weekdays.

Closed on Labour Day and has a sign at the store from inside showing closed today.

I was there This morning, she is by far have been working so professional.. You can tell, the way she took my ?️, start packing and every items, so net and so efficient, at the same asking details of payment, all at the same take!! IT was such a scene to See .. She's not only knowing her job, but, she's enjoying doing it,.. which is hard to See..!!
Keep it up, that's the only reason , we all will come back..
Again and again..!!

Great store — been visiting it for as long as I can remember. So, I hate to leave a less than stellar review.
Someone in management would do well to have a discussion with Jo Anne about her attitude. I can understand having bad days, but when you’re speaking sharply and condescendingly to two senior citizens - one of whom is a dementia patient - you are WAY out of line. Had they themselves been rude, condescending, or unable to understand, that still would not have justified the way she behaved, so imagine my surprise when they were perfectly cordial.
If you cannot get a grip on yourself, don’t work in customer service. Plain and simple.
For reference, she’s a short-haired woman who works as a cashier. Her hair was styled in two tones. For her own sake I’m hoping it was an especially off day, because it costs nothing to be kind to people who have only been kind to you.
