“My experience at Ontario Sleep Care was exceptional, largely due to the assistance of Bill Bistak, the sleep clinician. From the outset, Bill's warm and professional demeanor made me feel comfortable. He promptly provided me with a CPAP machine and took ample time to explain its features and maintenance. The clinic's cleanliness and organization were also impressive.
While I found the prices to be somewhat high, I appreciate that the devices are the latest models available. Understanding my concern, Bill informed me about a government grant program that could help with the costs. He kindly offered to assist me in filling out the forms and applying for rebates, which, though not covering everything, would certainly help reduce the expense. Bill's comprehensive support and the quality of care at Ontario Sleep Care have made a significant difference for me.”
“I have a friend who paid for installation of equipment and these guys did not install the equipment and their driver just threw the equipment and left. On calling and speaking to them “Christina”, mentioned that the driver did ask for Installation however we denied.Why would we pay for installation and not have the equipments installed.
Anyways, So finally we had the Owner himself who came all the way to have it installed and make it right for the error made earlier. He was kind and considerate, ensured that we were satisfied. Kudos Ken!!!”

“I’ve had an excellent experience from phone calls to inquire and get advice in replacing dad’s back rest of his walker, to special order, to install. Robert is the man for this service and he did a fantastic job. And so did Cheryl for helping me find devices which will be helpful for senior with limited mobility. Every employee that I interacted with in the past couple of weeks were friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized, easy to get to, with plenty of parking. Highly recommend!”
