I went up to their shop since its next to the laundromat I frequent. They told me it would be $10, I gave them my card, they said they only accept cash, so I handed them a 10. The shopkeeper was writing up a slip describing my clothing and writing down the cost. I asked her for the receipt, she said this what she was writing was the receipt. Without thinking much of it I took it and headed home. Two days later I came to pick up my dry-cleaning. She said it would be $10, I told her I paid and showed her the pink slip she gave me. She said it was a receipt to pick up the dry-cleaning and she would have written paid on the slip if it was. After arguing I had no choice but to walk to a bank to withdraw money to pay her another $10 to get my jacket back. I'm not sure if she's just confused and genuinely believes I didn't pay her, or if there is a reason its a cash only business that doesn't provide receipts. Either way, I am never going there again. I live literally 2 minutes away so it's their loss there are plenty of other dry-cleaners around.

Surprise surprise! Tucked away in the corner of this little mall which also houses a second hand clothing store and a computer repair store is a wonderful little drycleaner. The prices are great, the service is very friendly, and the dry cleaning is there when they say it will be. Definitely someone to return to.

Friendly staff and the dry cleaning was done on time. Will be going back for alterations.
