Price is good. But they are so uncoperative. My family and I are regular customers there. Last week, I bought a bedsheet for my bed. It was not fit. I went there right away to exchange it and get a bigger size but he refused to that option that I have opened the packing. I insisted but he kept refusing. It was new and I just checked the size and opened it. Now, it's of no use for me.

As an fyi: They do not sell niche fragrances at the Overlea location. You have to go to the Mississauga location for that. But evidently, you can order online and pickup later at the Overlea store.

Extremely unprofessional behavior by whoever was in charge of closing shop at closing time today. I called around 620pm and asked if they'd be open when we get there from a distance 35 minutes away, and they said they would be open only till 7pm and not a minute later. So we rushed to reach there at 655pm and called to tell them we're just entering the town center plaza. The same lady answered and said she was just leaving the shop as they decided to close early today. Then she hung up when I requested that before leaving, if she could just hand me the one item I drove 35kms for.Really disappointed in having scheduled the entire family's day around this pick up, and not having been able to get what we needed.

My customer service experience was the worst. This had happened to me twice my child was spoken to very rudely both times. Yes, it was my mistake going there a second time. It's true that this place is cheap but overrated as they sell poor quality stuff. Winners / Joe Fresh are way better.I wanted to post this to discourage such a business who don't know basic manners especially if they are rude to children.

So happy I found this store. Unbelievable prices. Sam goes out of his way to helpful. Best prices no other store can compare. Don't know how they do it. I feel as if I am shopping in NJ.Please don't move again. Lol.
