“Had a great experience purchasing my mattress at this sleep country store. The customer service is exceptional, both times I was there I was given great recommendations that fit my preferences and budget.
I'd also like to mention their comfort exchange program. I originally bought a firm mattress because I wanted to try something different, I tried it out for a few months and decided it wasn't for me. If it's been fewer than 100 days, you can exchange for free. I came back and switched my mattress for a softer one, and it was completely hassle free!
Both times I had my mattresses delivered by their staff, and they were very friendly and professional. The process was very smooth and quick.
